Hotel in zona University Of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.

Perfect for business location, great pool, alcohol drinks, bar. Not good for beach leisure

Abbiamo controllato l'ultima Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel abbiamo avuto un esplosione la mia famiglia è stata soddisfatta di tutti i servizi che avevano offerto. L'hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle, quindi vale tutto quello che hai pagato. L’ultimo giorno, quando abbiamo controllato accidentalmente, abbiamo lasciato l’iphone di mio figlio nella stanza, l’abbiamo notato quando siamo andati a casa sulla strada. Ho detto al direttore del servizio, STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO, che mi aveva assicurato che il telefono era proprio laggiù. Altri impiegati cercavano e chiedono agli altri di aiutarli a trovare finché il signor STEVEN Santiago non andò personalmente in camera e lo trovava. Sono così felice, onestà e integrità sono le parole giuste per voi, Sir STEVEN grazie.

The units were not brand new but they were very clean (no cockroaches which is important for me) spacious, and had all that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. We stayed for 31 days so realistically, sometimes there will be food items that are on the repeat. What makes staying here so special is actually the staff. They are amazingly nice, pleasant, respectful and very helpful. Special mention to Seira and Joyce from the business center who responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. Then to the Puso Restaurant staff John and Mark who always greet us with a smile and made sure we had our coffee and drinks ready when we have breakfast. The location is also very good, just a few mins walk away from Ayala Mall. We highly recommend booking here.

Had a great stay at Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation. Location is great because its north bus terminal and sm cebu is only in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

Bai Hotel è il mio hotel preferito assoluto a Cebu! Mi piace la sua comoda posizione, vicino ai miei negozi e ospedali preferiti, che rende tutto così accessibile. Le strutture sono eccellenti e il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza è sempre il cibo; serve il miglior buffet di colazione che abbia mai avuto. Tutto su questo hotel è perfetto. Molto consigliato, e certamente tornerò!

Very nice place for family and friends.the property is big so you can walk around without bumping with other guests. Rooms are clean and spacious.the good is great too!
