Hotel in zona University of San Carlos, Cebu

Amazing location next to Ayala mall with a direct entrance leading into The Terraces. All staff were warm and friendly and even the housekeeping staff (Albhey) left a handwritten thank you message for choosing to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Definitely recommended.

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

The units were not brand new but they were very clean (no cockroaches which is important for me) spacious, and had all that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. We stayed for 31 days so realistically, sometimes there will be food items that are on the repeat. What makes staying here so special is actually the staff. They are amazingly nice, pleasant, respectful and very helpful. Special mention to Seira and Joyce from the business center who responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. Then to the Puso Restaurant staff John and Mark who always greet us with a smile and made sure we had our coffee and drinks ready when we have breakfast. The location is also very good, just a few mins walk away from Ayala Mall. We highly recommend booking here.

Ho pianificato questo viaggio per quattro mesi perché volevo che fosse speciale. E' la nostra prima volta come famiglia che vola insieme e sopra di essa la nostra prima volta a Cebu. Seda è un hotel altamente raccomandato dai nostri amici e con le buone recensioni che ho presentato. Siamo arrivati troppo presto. Ci viene offerto un check in precoce, naturalmente, con un pagamento aggiuntivo, ma abbiamo scelto di aspettare per 1.5 ore. Poiché è proprio come al centro commerciale, abbiamo fatto il nostro brunch. Abbiamo ripreso il controllo sul personale di contropartita, che era diverso da quello obbligatorio precedente per rispondere alla stessa domanda, che è perfettamente buona. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, e devo dire che questa stanza è molto meglio a Conrad vicino al centro commerciale asiatico (dove siamo rimasti prima di volare a Cebu- stanza odore come vecchio e ci’è un cazzo nel tavolo) Comunque, l'accento di questo soggiorno di Seda è la sorpresa Cake e la canzone di compleanno per mia madre che ha letteralmente urlato per la felicità Sorridi al BEST, al massimo, un servizio di qualità non paragonabile di Kingswell e FATIMA del personale del buffet per colazione. Posso dire che Cebuano è davvero gentile e felice. Tutti sorridevano, tutto il nostro colazione sapendo che il posto è pacchetto ( domenica ). Grazie ancora per aver reso questo viaggio un viaggio memorabile. Uno dei motivi per visitare Cebu Seda è per Kingswell e Fatime - saremo sicuramente tornati a questo posto.

È al centro di alcune diverse aree di attrazione, quindi ha funzionato bene per me personalmente. San Valentino è uno svantaggio per chi viaggia da solo basandosi solo sui ristoranti. Questo perché è occupato e con offerte speciali per due. Ero al ristorante della bistecca che praticamente faceva pagare lo stesso importo per meno cibo con solo un menu alla carta come opzione e nessuna modifica per ottenere gli articoli offerti nel menu fisso. Indipendentemente da ciò, il personale di Twilight, della piscina, della reception e della porta/concierge è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma estremamente pulite e attrezzate. I panorami e le aree salotto sono bellissimi. Il traffico a Cebu è piuttosto agitato, ma sono rimasta lontana dalla NewTown a causa del traffico di San Valentino. Si consiglia una guida turistica per la giornata poiché ci sono così tante direzioni da percorrere. L'hotel in sé aveva il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo e servizi per la zona.

The location is a strong point, being pleasantly separated from the bustling city area, offering a more relaxed and serene environment. The resort features a variety of amenities, including a beach, pool, spa, gym, and bar, catering to both indoor and outdoor activities. However, it's disappointing that some areas were closed, and there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the facilities. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was quite poor. While the room was spacious, there were several issues: some lights were not working, the air conditioning unit was leaking, and there was a water interruption that affected the supply for most of our stay. On a positive note, the service crew were extremely accommodating and welcoming, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The breakfast buffet, sky bar, and beach bar served excellent food, living up to expectations. The gym, although equipped with all the basic necessities, showed signs of neglect and was not well-maintained. One commendable aspect of the resort is its safety, especially with the high number of day visitors and foreign tourists, which adds to the feeling of security within the premises

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

Luxurious, peaceful, beautiful place to stay and visit. Great pool, restaurant and rooms. You will enjoy the natural environment and the activities like getting swimming, a massage, visiting the petting zoo, watching the nightly movie and making smores.
