Check in and check out process both commendable, very quick. Room review: Bed and pillow were so comfortable to lay in. You’ll have a good night sleep in this hotel. It smelt fresh too. Cold AC and working television. Shower was also good, working shower heater. The room was spacious, paid $23 for a night, not bad. I’d stay here again if needed in the future. Cleanliness: Some areas needed improvement. Wardrobe was dull and dirty. Dusty night stand. Also noticed the comforter has tiny ink stains. And the towels, they smelt nice like laundry/ good detergent smell but they need to do better with washing off the stains. Breakfast: Had the bacon, rice and hard boiled egg. It was ok. I commend the staff for serving it quickly. Staff: Very courteous and attentive. Requested for a room with window, it was granted but no view 😂 All I see was a dark wall which made the room gloomy. Elevator sometimes get crowded, will take a while to be used better use the staircase if you are in a hurry. WIFI was bad, intermittent signal. And the entire day I didn’t have a good phone reception. So mobile data is useless.

As someone who wants to travel on a budget, dislikes noises, and likes clean amenities, I consider myself lucky to find such deal in shejoje. Their capsules are enough to have a comfortable sleep as for me who's 5'2. But it might be challenging for someone who's tall. Their bathroom and shower are in the same place. I'm amazed that they always maintain the cleanliness of them. Their staff are nice and approachable, too. It was indeed a great stay. Will definitely book again once I return to Cebu.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

È il nostro quinto soggiorno a Solea e non invecchia mai perché ci piace sempre stare in questo resort. Mio figlio di 1 anno ha sempre il suo piacere di correre nel vasto spazio del campo, ama giocare nella stanza dei giochi e nuota in diverse piscine. Questo resort è perfetto per i bambini e per quei bambini nel cuore. Sicuramente non vedo l'ora per un altro soggiorno presto 👍

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

My family enjoyed our stay at Crimson. Amenities are superb and world-class. Rooms and entire vicinity are clean. The villa in which we stayed was the best! We had a great experience from check in to departure. Everything was fast, smooth snd organized. Perfect service indeed. Crimson staff is the best! Everyone we met was friendly and accomodating, ready to serve, answered all queries and met our needs. Crimson will have a special place in our hearts! Thank you Crimson for everything! Un’esperienza difficile da descrivere. . . 1. Il banco del check-in non diceva affatto che per andare in spiaggia dovevo chiedere un cartello alla reception, alla fine mi sono recato a piedi fino alla cosiddetta spiaggia privata dell'hotel (a quasi un chilometro dal hotel), e la persona di turno mi ha detto che avevo bisogno di un cartello! Ho camminato 3 chilometri avanti e indietro per andare in spiaggia! ! ! Perché nessuno ha comunicato in anticipo informazioni così importanti? 2. Sì è una spiaggia privata, i servizi sono ok, ma è in costruzione, ci sono più lavoratori che turisti e tutti hanno tirato il nastro giallo, è impossibile fare una foto, l'ambiente non è una vacanza stato affatto. 3. Originariamente era una camera con vista sul mare, ma il vetro era sporco e sembrava che fuori piovesse. . . Questa è la prima volta che incontro un hotel con vetri così sporchi. Anche la vista del mare era a 2 o 3 chilometri di distanza, ma tutto quello che potevo vedere era la rovina davanti a me. . . Al piano di sotto ci sono tutti i bungalow, un disastro, ehi. 4. C’è una piscina, è così piccola che mi vergogno troppo per entrarci. I bambini urlavano e giocavano nell'acqua e potevamo sentirli chiaramente all'ottavo piano. 5. Nella stanza, quando il condizionatore è acceso, sembra di entrare nella cabina di un aereo e il rumore è fortissimo. E deve essere regolato a 16 gradi per ottenere un po' di brezza fresca. Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna. Quando ho visto alcuni commenti su questo problema, ho pensato che non fosse un grosso problema. Oh mio Dio, è stata un'esperienza davvero dolorosa. Era anche estremamente umido, quindi ho dovuto asciugare il letto con un asciugacapelli prima di potermi sdraiare. 6. La reception non sapeva quali domande porre e non aveva nemmeno una mappa locale o un'introduzione alle attrazioni. Alla fine un addetto alla reception ci ha dato un'idea dicendo che sarebbe più conveniente noleggiare un'auto, che l'autista fornito dall'hotel è più affidabile e che in 5-6 ore possiamo visitare più di 10 di Le attrazioni più famose di Cebu. Dopo aver finito di giocare, sono quasi scoppiato in lacrime di gratitudine. Di conseguenza, siamo stati portati in giro per 6 ore e abbiamo visitato 2 attrazioni. Il resto del tempo è stato trascorso negli ingorghi. Abbiamo speso 5100p (quasi 700 RMB) su due attrazioni? ? ? Non è uno scherzo internazionale? Questo è il nostro quarto mese di viaggio e siamo stati in 5 o 6 paesi. Questa è la peggiore esperienza di alloggio che abbiamo mai avuto, principalmente a causa dei problemi di prezzo/prestazioni, e ci sono grossi problemi. Spero che non cadano tutti nella trappola.

Abbiamo avuto un volo tardivo e ritardato, ma grato il furgone (shuttle aeroportuale gratuito) ci aspettava. Il lobby era semplice e il check-in era facile. Prima di andare in camera nostra, ci hanno chiesto di ottenere le attrezzature di cui abbiamo bisogno (kit dentali, kit di rasatura e cabine). Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Twin C, ha un grande rif, cucina, TV, microonde, tavolo da pranzo e sedie e 2 letti grandi. Il bagno era come quello in Giappone, compatto e piccolo. Non c'erano gabinetti. Le letti erano comodi per dormire sul caffè e l'ac funzionava bene. La colazione era servita in un bar, doveva essere pagata, ma era servito stile buffet, il menu del colazione era semplice. Cambia ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica e conveniente perché è collegato al J Centre Mall e vi sono farmacie, banche, negozi di comodità e un spa vicino. L'hotel era anche accanto al parco tematico Skywater, ma purtroppo era indefinitamente chiuso. Anche il check-out era facile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio perché abbiamo un volo tardi, siamo appena tornati per questo. Non siamo riusciti a utilizzare la navetta gratuita che torna all'aeroporto perché non siamo riusciti a prenotare un giorno prima (non è automatico anche se hanno le informazioni di volo), buona cosa abbiamo parenti che ci portano all'aeroporto. In generale, il prezzo era ragionevole e abbiamo avuto un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno qui.

Di gran lunga il più grande resort dell'hotel che io e i miei figli abbiamo visitato qui a Cebu. Gli scivoli d'acqua e la piscina sul lago hanno reso più divertente per i miei bambini - una tariffa a 5 stelle. Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere e abbiamo alloggiato in una delle loro suite, che è abbastanza spaziosa per noi e con una vista sull'oceano ed è stato fantastico, la camera deluxe era proprio così, dove i miei 2 figli maggiori si sono goduti il sonno. Non ho potuto dare una tariffa a 5 stelle per la loro colazione a buffet, penso che non ne valesse la pena per il prezzo. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e indimenticabile.
