Hotel in zona Sto. Rosario Parish, Cebu

The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste. The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Il 24 dicembre 2024 abbiamo visitato l'hotel Pillows. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Ci hanno guidati verso i ristoranti e come arrivare ai terminali degli autobus. Abbiamo controllato il 25 dicembre. Ci siamo trasferiti nella stanza standard e tutto quello che hai bisogno e il prezzo che paghi vale più di quanto non hai. Inoltre hanno una palestra al 7° piano. È una zona molto sicura per camminare di notte. Ho ripreso la mia prenotazione per rimanere nel vestito deluxe dal 6 - 8 Gennaio 2025 e la mia parola mi è stata fatta fuori. La stanza è enorme, grande bagno. Abbondante spazio. Il letto è 10/10 e anche le mutandine erano super Comfortabile. Inoltre, hanno acqua libera fuori da ogni stanza dal distributore di acqua di filtrazione.

WE are returning guests. Last her about 1 year ago. Nonetheless, the staff during breakfast remember us and knowing our needs served us black coffee. Kudos. The restaurant staff were fantastic during out stay (very courteous and service oriented), The food were also great, kudos to the Chefs. The doorman and Security paid very much attention on our arrival and every departure out. Keep it up. The Mall was definitely an added attraction. All we need were there. Last but not least were the Front Office Staff. Love their welcome smile and greeting. Kudos to all.

This is one of the best budget-friendly hotels I’ve stayed at near the city. The staff were very friendly, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, including the bathroom, and the hot water worked perfectly. I enjoyed the view from our room, and they fulfilled my request for a twin room. The internet was reliable, and overall, it was an amazing experience—definitely a 10/10. One of my favorite trips!

Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight – simple yet delicious and filling, with enough variety to suit everyone. The hotel is also very family-friendly and offers great affordability, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

The Lex best western Cebu is always a great place to stay when you arrive in Cebu. Easy location to get to &has all the facilities you’d ever need. Excellent breakfast buffet for free & it’s delicious. I dipendenti sono sempre sorridenti e amichevoli solo cercando di soddisfarvi con qualsiasi atto che facciano. Ho soggiornato qui 5 volte più di 7 anni, probabilmente un totale di 25-30 giorni. È un grande posto per ottenere i piedi sul terreno dopo un lungo volo e i letti sono così grandi. Piscine sono buone anche. Se avete tempo la piscina in cima all'edificio è così bello e piacevole. Ho sempre tempo per una goccia nella piscina o se ho più tempo farò una serata di bagno al sole. Hanno un bar che serve bevande o si può ordinare cibo. Anche se non vuoi lasciare l'hotel la cena è eccellente. Le punte di carne erano deliziose e così tendenti con broccoli specchi e una patata. Mango shake & ero in cielo. Amo questo posto, come sono sicuro di poter dire. La gente che lavora qui fa tutto accadere con un sorriso. Grazie per tutte le buone memorie. Benedetto a voi.🙏🍀😊

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.
