WE are returning guests. Last her about 1 year ago. Nonetheless, the staff during breakfast remember us and knowing our needs served us black coffee. Kudos. The restaurant staff were fantastic during out stay (very courteous and service oriented), The food were also great, kudos to the Chefs.
The doorman and Security paid very much attention on our arrival and every departure out. Keep it up.
The Mall was definitely an added attraction. All we need were there.
Last but not least were the Front Office Staff. Love their welcome smile and greeting.

”I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allsons Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was plush, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.
The hotel's location is also a major plus, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.
The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that the breakfast options could be improved. However, the staff were happy to accommodate my requests, and the food was still delicious.
Overall, I would highly recommend Allsons Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay.

The hotel is located close to all the major historical and cultural sights (cathedrals, museums, casas, port - it'll take you 20 minutes maximum to get anywhere you want on foot). There are two 7-Eleven shops and a couple of malls with huge supermarkets nearby. The hotel offers breakfast as advertised, but also lunch and dinner. I didn't book it during my stay, though, because the variety wasn't particularly striking to my taste.
The room is OK: quite spacious and not too dark. The cleaning service functions daily. They don't offer any water or toothbrushes/toothpaste. The AC is pretty old and loud, but it is often the case in cities other than Manila (judging from my experience). Personally, I didn't have any problems during my stay there.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern.
The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly.
They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini ****** and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building.
Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu.
The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

The overall services of the hotel is great. The room is clean and well maintained. I like there are towel bars to hang the hand towels.
The AC is very cold even adjusting the temp controls doesn’t really help.
Overall I will still recommend this hotel as it is also walking distance to Ayala Mall.
Getting taxi and Grab are easy for this location.

We recently stayed at Elizabeth Hotel as a family and had a generally pleasant experience. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast was definitely a highlight – simple yet delicious and filling, with enough variety to suit everyone. The hotel is also very family-friendly and offers great affordability, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Overall, it’s a decent option for families looking for comfort and value, despite the slightly older facilities.

A suggestion for improvement - to strengthen the rules in the pool especially to foreigners. My little kids were there swimming and they both asked why those young foreigners were not following the rules, they must be kicked out from the pool. Pity was the attendant who kept on reminding them.

Per la prima volta, il Solo Traveler ha scelto di rimanere all'Hotel Hop Inn Cebu è stata una grande decisione.
La mia stanza era pulita. Non c'era odore inutile. L'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era davvero confortevole per me.
Mi piace anche il fatto che quasi tutto è accessibile, come il centro commerciale, il negozio di comodità e il trasporto, mentre camminare in giro, anche di notte, mi sentivo in sicurezza.
Raccomanderò questo posto ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia. Mi piacerebbe anche restare in questo hotel di nuovo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ogni volta che sono venuto a Cebu per la mia visita perché è molto vicino ai servizi di cui ho bisogno, inoltre il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile, hanno un parcheggio, il cibo è ok, poca scelta di piatti, una bella camera spaziosa, hanno 2 letti singoli ma li hanno semplicemente uniti per renderlo più grande, il bagno questa volta era molto piccolo, non riesco nemmeno a sedermi correttamente sul water a causa del divisorio a muro per la doccia, l'acqua è fornita in camera e un distributore nel corridoio per un rifornimento. Questa volta sono un po' deluso perché non hanno federe disponibili, ho detto che potevano seguirmi più tardi, ma quando sono tornato verso le 17:00 ancora nessuna federa, quindi ho chiesto loro di procurarmi un lenzuolo per coprirmi temporaneamente in modo da poter riposare. È arrivato intorno alle 19:30 perché mi hanno spiegato che l'appaltatore della lavanderia era in ritardo, penso che dovrebbero indagare per una scorta adeguata e un servizio migliore. Il letto è rigido e comodo. Potrei pensare di cercare un altro posto la prossima volta

Pool staff were great on both pool location (4th and 5th floor). Buffet breakfast has all that you can ask for. The view from room to pool, to gym to main restaurant are spectacular! You will have a view of the ocean, the city lights, the bridge and the mountains. Just an amazing location.
Staff were super helpful all the way down to finding the right mode of transport when we checked out.
This hotel will now be our go to accommodation preference for Cebu.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well.
Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner.
The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives.
On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher.
We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service.
The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

TTable_for_3We just returned home from Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. It was our first time in Cebu. It was a short but great trip.
The highlights:
Accommodations: We chose Crimson because we frequent high-rise hotels when traveling and decided this time we wanted a villa/bungalow type of room. No hallways and no elevators. Crimson checked those boxes. They also accommodated our requests for a king bed and first floor room.
Activities and amenities: Our daughter loved Crimzone and the children’s pool. It was hard to get her to leave. The Saturday foam party was fun and the pool staff were engaging. My wife and I both availed the spa and wow, we can see why they won an award for Best Value in Asia. The price was affordable while the quality of service was top-notch.
Food: The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. My favorite item was the fruit and veggie smoothies. Who knew bakchoy and mango blend well together? But it was the attentive staff that really made breakfast a great experience. We tried the 24-hour room service and I swear the chicken club sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life 5/5!
The lowlights:
Here are some reasons why we are not giving Crimson an excellent review.
1. Overpriced/low quality food in Saffron during ala carte dinner. Our first night we arrived in the evening and were hungry. For two people (our daughter is a toddler) we paid over 5000php for an appetizer, 3 entrees, one beer and one bottle of water. Honestly, the price would be ok for this amount of food if the quality was better. I would suggest Aka or Enye for higher quality food although we didn’t try either. Saffron was empty that night and we found out why.
2. Distance to places/sites. Crimson is quite far for shopping or eating at other restaurants. We hired a private car for 3 hours and was only able to visit two sites and one pasalubong store. Luckily it was only moderate traffic on that Saturday. 2500php for a sedan for 3 hours was reasonable.
3. The gift shop is waaaay overpriced. 950php for a small tube of sunblock seemed very high even at a resort. We also wanted some souvenirs, but there wasn’t much variety at all.
4. Our room needed some TLC. The paint in the nice tub was chipping, the caulking in the showers could use a refresh and there was a huge ipis (roach) in the closet. Luckily we spent most of the time outside the room.
5. No floaties or life vests for toddlers to use, even for rental. Despite having almost everything else, this would have been a nice touch.
6. We came to Cebu for mangoes and lechon, but Crimson didn’t offer these items and again, because of distance, it would have been nice to have some at the hotel.
The bottom line:
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others, however we would give them our full review so they are aware of the pros and cons.

UUtente anonimoWe booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

JJardaniCHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice.
THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain.
RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay.
SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away.
OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

JJIANWe stayed in a room on the 8th floor of the Palm building, The view is very spacious, and you can see planes taking off one after another from the distance. There is a drying rack on the balcony for hanging swimsuits, which is a very practical design.
The water park is very suitable for children, the rooftop bar is very relaxing, and the drinks are delicious. The Earth restaurant offers Chinese cuisine with large portions. In the photos, we ordered small portions. The staff at both restaurants are very enthusiastic.
However, the downside is that we had to wait a long time for the room, and we didn’t get the room card until nearly 3:30 p.m. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating process. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, and it took three phone calls before one was finally delivered, which was also a negative experience.
