Hotel in zona Mary Help Of Christians Parish, Cebu

It was super clean which is the most important thing to me. The location is a bit out of the way but there are buses that are pretty easy to use and Grabs are inexpensive. The area is quiet too. I’d definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for budget travelers looking for quality service and a great experience without breaking the bank.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location, while fairly central, was a bit challenging to find, especially for first-time visitors. Clearer directions or better signage would have helped. One of the small but noticeable inconveniences was the absence of slippers in the room, which is something many travelers, including myself, often appreciate for comfort. Additionally, the noise from outside the hotel could be disturbing at times, especially at night, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay. That said, the saving grace was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with a smile. Despite the few drawbacks, their hospitality made a positive impact, making the overall experience more pleasant.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, ma una gran mancanza di cose necessarie nella stanza, nessun tavolo o sedia nella stanza, molto piccola stanza e nessuna tavola da letto ogni volta che si infila il retro nel letto di parete si muoverà avanti, nessun bidet nella stanza di bagno per pulire, Nessuna caldaia o caffè fornita, 2 piccoli flaconi d'acqua fornita. AC funziona bene non diviso ma ancora controllare remoto, un po' rumoroso. Quando ho controllato, mi è stato detto che se si porta cibo dall'esterno e si mangia in zona da pranzo si paga 250 peo. il personale è utile. il suo prezzo è quello dell'altro hotel.

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

While this hotel was supposed to a little Luxury on our last night in Cebu agyer travelling for the last week in El Nido we were dissapointed as the shower ran cold and the TV was old and there was no remote present . We just wanted to shower and relax before our next flight to Bagiou City Seemingly, the boiler was replaced, which was not mentioned on our check in The room was adequate, and at least the air conditioning worked over all it was OK but not the best stay I have ever had

I love this hotel, very excellent location, located at the heart of Cebu City, just steps away from Fuente Osmena Circle, Robinsons Malls and the restaurants are also a few steps away. Public transportation is an easy catch as well. I love this hotel. I had the best seat and view when I had my breakfast at the restaurant there. Thanks Elegant Circle Inn! I will be back for sure. Il 24 dicembre 2024 abbiamo visitato l'hotel Pillows. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Ci hanno guidati verso i ristoranti e come arrivare ai terminali degli autobus. Abbiamo controllato il 25 dicembre. Ci siamo trasferiti nella stanza standard e tutto quello che hai bisogno e il prezzo che paghi vale più di quanto non hai. Inoltre hanno una palestra al 7° piano. È una zona molto sicura per camminare di notte. Ho ripreso la mia prenotazione per rimanere nel vestito deluxe dal 6 - 8 Gennaio 2025 e la mia parola mi è stata fatta fuori. La stanza è enorme, grande bagno. Abbondante spazio. Il letto è 10/10 e anche le mutandine erano super Comfortabile. Inoltre, hanno acqua libera fuori da ogni stanza dal distributore di acqua di filtrazione.
