They couldn’t stop talking about how kind and attentive your team was, and how much they enjoyed the delicious food—especially the breakfast, which was such a thoughtful inclusion. The rate was more than fair for the level of service and comfort you provided. It’s rare to find a place that makes guests feel so at home. the place was amazing, it was near my where I’m supposed to go, near malls and along the highway. Perfect if your on a budget, and solo traveller, but few notes, maybe just me but I’d appreciate more efficiency from the staff specially front desk, they will give you what you need it may take time and had to go back down few times to get what I need, also building wise, if you don’t want to add a phone in every single room maybe just add one near the elevator that is connected to the lobby so that when we have to follow up we don’t have to go back few times just for towels or bedsheet change request, especially if your tired and just want a good rest. Overall my stay was good and would definitely stay here again☺️ srry bout the photo, had to ss from a vid

We had an excellent stay with the whole family! The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were family-friendly, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good Hotel nearby malls and short drive to it park. Only improvement points I see: - the way the WiFi connectivity system is very poor for 2025. so you have to reconnect often to the WiFi manually. - the shower had no real door Sontheim bathroom was partially flooded after having a shower. And it’s super slippery then

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

The large windows in the room allowed natural light to pour in, giving the space a bright and airy feel. The view from my window was relaxing and refreshing, whether it was overlooking the cityscape or the lush green surroundings, depending on which side of the hotel you’re booked in. It’s the kind of setting where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while appreciating the peaceful environment. One thing I also appreciated was the strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the property. Whether I was in my room, in the lobby, or even by the pool area, I had no issues staying connected—a must-have for both business and leisure travelers nowadays. Speaking of the pool, the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind. It’s not overly large, but it’s well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The poolside area is also a nice spot to relax with a book or simply soak up the sun.

a quick overnight stay at quest. ian was generous enough to extend a late check-out as ive checked-in late and considerate in providing me with a corner room with a gorgeous view of the business disrict. bedroom was spacious but needs a makeover. it also has the amenities you need - iron and board included. the bathroom had a weird layout. express check-out was convenient and fast. overall, will stay here again.

Nice stay, room was clean though they are strict with check in time we were there 12 PM early check in is not possible so we wait and then try again and asked at 2:55 PM, the lady at the front desk is not that friendly and told us the room is still not ready and will call us once ready. 3:10 PM still no update so I asked again another front desk personnel, this time it was a guy who gave me the key card. The room was ready all along but no initiative from them to update us.
