I love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

We booked the room specifically for the Sinulog 2025 celebration. Waterfront is really “at the center of it all”. The service was superb! We enjoyed our stay and we had yummy breakfast!

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a ******, but that's it, overpriced.

Glad we booked this hotel . Its a walking distance to IT Park . We enjoyed it so much.

Receptionist are too slow to entertain us. First in line to queue but waited for 30 minutes before our check in was processed. Housekeeping forgot our towels. Could have improved there services.

Hotels getting older and needs room upgrades. Not sure if we will stay here again! Cheer’s

Subject: Worst Service and Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The front office staff was unhelpful, and my room was not ready at check-in time, resulting in a significant delay that was not communicated effectively. Unfortunately, there was no effort from the management to address this inconvenience or offer any form of service recovery, which was deeply disappointing. Additionally, the condition of the room itself was unacceptable. The outdated decor was one thing, but the moldy smell was truly off-putting. It made my stay uncomfortable and left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. There are far better options available.

Good location and near to various attractions . Check-in took abit of time but it went well. Faciliates in the room is abit old and some was even rusty, might need to look into upgrading some of the taps and shower heads

I booked the hotel for its location, relatively big (third party) gym with free access for hotel guests) and being able to work during my stay. Unfortunately the gym only fulfilled its promise to a certain extent. Some machines were broken or overdue for repair, others were in a bad state. Beside that there was no instructor available when needed at both times I went to the gym. The other big complaint is about the slow WiFi speed in the room. I was not able to work properly and had to use the business center which offered a decent internet speed. Beside that I would have wished for better air conditioning which is quite old. Overall my stay was alright incl. the kind and helpful service.

One of my favorite hotels here in cebu they have ****** so we can also gamble, the pools is spacious and clean and the pina coladas are good here
