Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.

The room is clean. Glass water bottles that are very eco-conscious. The cleaning service is very prompt, room smells good. Room service for food however needs to improve. Ordered for drinks but took a long time to inform us of the unavailability.

Crimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

j park was the last on our Cebu trip. I thought a good resort will make us relax before leaving...but NO...this should have been the first on the trip. if you are planning to stay here, this is a good tip to have a full experience. although the the check in is 3pm, you can use the water park as soon as it opens, also you can still use it after your check out until the park closes. the pools and slides are fun, the beach area is great during sunset. a lot of in-house resto and bars but you can also grab your meals without corkage, if you eat it in your room. the connecting suits we booked were spacious and clean. bathroom has shower and tub area, the beds are soooo comfy, and the view is breathtaking. all in all, it was the cherry at the top of our vacation...and pls don't forget to claim your photo shoot. worth it!

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in la signora alla reception è stata veloce, efficiente e gentile, ma non c'erano altri clienti. Questa è la nostra quarta volta al Savoy Hotel, data la sua posizione e non è così costoso. Tutto andava bene finché non siamo arrivati ​​nella nostra stanza e siamo entrati nel cr. Il caffè e il pane erano buoni, così come le tre selezioni di succhi. Volevo le uova ma sembravano essere indietro di almeno dieci ordini. Comunque non penso che valesse i 3k che abbiamo pagato. La doccia era ok, è passata da calda a fredda. Moderate le vostre aspettative. Ci alloggiano un sacco di stranieri, quindi non ci sono scuse quando si tratta di soldi. Mi piace il loro parcheggio

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

Le darei un 3/5 per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere erano pulite e tranquille. E' lontano dalla musica alta o dal rumore da altrove. Le camere sono nuove anche. E' economico per cui si ottiene quello che hai pagato. Il personale del Front Desk può essere un po' più accogliente per essere onesti, e si prenderà cura di voi quando passi alla Reception, soprattutto durante il turno di ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza e il ragazzo e i due ragazze del mattino sono la persona più fredda. Penso che ciò che manca! Troveranno difficile da salutare anche un ciao o un saluto! Dovrebbero imparare dal personale degli hotel 3 stelle a Bohol o Palawan. Anche se il loro hotel non è nuovo, nemmeno usciranno dall'esperienza con un sincero e accogliente sorriso.
