Hotel in zona Go2DesignLab, Cebu

La camera è pulita come sempre. Il bagno è senza spot e senza odore. Il suo buono per l'hotel e la posizione di bilancio è accessibile, anche se è difficile catturare un taxi quando si è in fretta. In generale è un posto economico e bello per scappare dal viaggio.

Abbiamo avuto un volo tardivo e ritardato, ma grato il furgone (shuttle aeroportuale gratuito) ci aspettava. Il lobby era semplice e il check-in era facile. Prima di andare in camera nostra, ci hanno chiesto di ottenere le attrezzature di cui abbiamo bisogno (kit dentali, kit di rasatura e cabine). Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Twin C, ha un grande rif, cucina, TV, microonde, tavolo da pranzo e sedie e 2 letti grandi. Il bagno era come quello in Giappone, compatto e piccolo. Non c'erano gabinetti. Le letti erano comodi per dormire sul caffè e l'ac funzionava bene. La colazione era servita in un bar, doveva essere pagata, ma era servito stile buffet, il menu del colazione era semplice. Cambia ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica e conveniente perché è collegato al J Centre Mall e vi sono farmacie, banche, negozi di comodità e un spa vicino. L'hotel era anche accanto al parco tematico Skywater, ma purtroppo era indefinitamente chiuso. Anche il check-out era facile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio perché abbiamo un volo tardi, siamo appena tornati per questo. Non siamo riusciti a utilizzare la navetta gratuita che torna all'aeroporto perché non siamo riusciti a prenotare un giorno prima (non è automatico anche se hanno le informazioni di volo), buona cosa abbiamo parenti che ci portano all'aeroporto. In generale, il prezzo era ragionevole e abbiamo avuto un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno qui.

From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

Check in and check out process both commendable, very quick. Room review: Bed and pillow were so comfortable to lay in. You’ll have a good night sleep in this hotel. It smelt fresh too. Cold AC and working television. Shower was also good, working shower heater. The room was spacious, paid $23 for a night, not bad. I’d stay here again if needed in the future. Cleanliness: Some areas needed improvement. Wardrobe was dull and dirty. Dusty night stand. Also noticed the comforter has tiny ink stains. And the towels, they smelt nice like laundry/ good detergent smell but they need to do better with washing off the stains. Breakfast: Had the bacon, rice and hard boiled egg. It was ok. I commend the staff for serving it quickly. Staff: Very courteous and attentive. Requested for a room with window, it was granted but no view 😂 All I see was a dark wall which made the room gloomy. Elevator sometimes get crowded, will take a while to be used better use the staircase if you are in a hurry. WIFI was bad, intermittent signal. And the entire day I didn’t have a good phone reception. So mobile data is useless.

Through this review, I would like to denounce the wrong perception of the people and of the masses, including myself all these times that Alicia Apartelle is just a dormitory/boarding house for the University of Cebu (UC) students only. It all started by having the same owner and founder, Cebu-based tycoon Augusto ”Gus” Go and its location is just a few meters away from the U.C. Banilad Campus. For the very first time when I made a visit to Alicia Apartelle, I was in total awe. The said apartelle has a spacious, wide, modern, and a polished lobby with a mini fountain filled with Koi fishes for good fortunes and good luck. Although it's stylishly modern, it has an accent with the traditional Chinese paintings, statues and decors to give that good vibe to welcome both the local and foreign guests. I booked two (2) bedroom deluxe room on the lucky 8th floor overlooking the mountain view for me and my sister together with her three kids with an additional one bedroom deluxe room the following day on the 9th floor for my niece and her family together with my sister's daughter in law and grandson. Both rooms were stylishly designed, ultra modern and chic with shower and toilet in each room fully furnished with the living room, dinning room and kitchen complete with the kitchen appliances & equipments and dining utensils. You have everything you need which is a perfect staycation for us all. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and attentive. They immediately attend to our every concern and needs without waiting as they knocked at the door right away. You could feel that you're at home away from home, away from the bustle of the city, although you're right at the heart of it. Shout out to the helpful housekeeping and room attendants Gladys & Wilma, Mark from the Engineering, Sol from the Concierge and to the gentleman & good looking Life Guard Mario. I would like to acknowledge the hospitable Front Desk staff Mahli, Ezil and Nurse Charis. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you in making our Family Staycation Getaway 2021 successful, happy and enjoyable.

La struttura è molto piacevole, con camere spaziose, frigorifero, caldaia elettrica e microonde, TV piccola ma operativa. I corridoi sono spaziosi e la decorazione è deliziosa. Non c'è ascensore, ma il terzo piano è in realtà quattro voli. Purtroppo, ho chiesto una stanza pulita il terzo giorno del mio soggiorno, ma non è successo. Il peggiore era davvero il sistema di prenotazione e pagamento online, e ho prelevato la mia stanza sul mio conto BPI, che è stato dedotto dal mio conto bancario, ma l'operazione non è stata riconosciuta dalle residenze di Copenaghen. Hanno detto che dovevo affrontare il loro portale di pagamento online - Asiapay. Ho chiesto il telefono o l'email, ma la persona di Copenaghen non l'ha. Come, wow. Il mio duro guadagno ha fatto il denaro. Ho cercato di trovare i dettagli di contatto di Asiapay, ma il sito aveva solo l'indirizzo email di HK. Ho cercato di chiamare il numero, ma non ho ricevuto una risposta. Che modo di rovinare ciò che sarebbe stato un'esperienza altrimenti piacevole.

Prenotato per il mio parente. Scriverò la recensione invece, perché questo è il mio conto. Il posto è tranquillo, così per coloro che amano la pace e il silenzio allora puoi provare questo posto. Pensa. Refletta. Sii solo. Bene per coloro che amano la solitudine.Nessuno ti disturberà. Le piacerà l'atmosfera. Ma dovresti portare il tuo cibo e le tue bevande perché non hanno un ristorante o un negozio. La stanza ha un frigo, quindi si', tutto bene. Ci è una piscina per voi per rilassarsi anche ma non so se è pulito. Ma puoi chiedere all'amministratore se è pulito, ma in generale è un buon posto all'interno della città per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.

Questa è una scelta a buon mercato se hai bisogno di un breve soggiorno in Cebu. Idealmente situato vicino a JY, quindi il trasporto non sarà un problema. Inoltre hanno un ristorante chiamato Tamp, ma il suo sul lato più prezioso. Altri ristoranti/caffè anche lungo la strada. Ho avuto due soggiorni di notte entrambi prenotati su Agoda. Il secondo soggiorno, ho deciso di camminare, ma l'agente del desk front me ha consigliato che non erano disponibili. strano. Ho prenotato una stanza via Agoda sul posto e sono riuscito a ottenere la stanza e un buon prezzo. La stanza è molto di base, ma ha le necessarie strutture come la caffè/tea. Inoltre, i bagni. Devo ricordare che, al mio secondo soggiorno, mi fu dato una stanza che non profumava fresca, era pulita e tutto puro, ma le lamiere non profumavano come se non fossero asciutte, così fu annoiante. Non ho sollevato un problema con il desk front, perché era solo un soggiorno di notte In tutto, offrono tariffe migliori di quelle dell'hotel Yello lungo la strada. Sono anche lunghi e hanno tariffe di uso giornaliero.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.
