Hotel in zona D' Family Park, Cebu

La posizione era conveniente, dal momento che è vicino ai supermercati/supposti. Era pulita e il letto era comodo. Ma le mie sole preoccupazioni erano il rumore di notte. Sembrava che non avessero designato ore di calma per i residenti. Ho sentito le persone giocare a tavolo tennis fino a mattina. Non ho dormito bene la mia prima notte e ho avuto un incubo quando sono andato a letto. Sembrava che il mio corpo non avesse avuto il sonno giusto che meritava dopo un lungo viaggio in quel hotel.

Per il prezzo che ho pagato (~7300 pesos), non ne valeva la pena. Ho prenotato la mia camera per la prima volta con circa un mese di anticipo solo per sentirmi dire giorni prima del mio arrivo che il mio letto king size sarebbe stato cambiato in un queen con un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Vorrei solo che ti dessero le opzioni che avevi prenotato originariamente e non cercassero di convincermi che avrei ottenuto un accordo migliore con l'aggiunta del letto singolo. Pensavano che uno di noi avrebbe dormito nel letto singolo mentre l'altro avrebbe avuto il letto matrimoniale tutto per sé? La nostra prenotazione era per la vigilia di Capodanno e abbiamo anche prenotato un pacchetto celebrativo per il loro grande balcone. Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di pagare un certo prezzo da un membro dello staff, ma in seguito ho scoperto che avevano commesso un errore e che avrei dovuto pagare il costo aggiuntivo al mio arrivo. Una volta arrivato, ho pagato il costo del tè, ma ho dovuto passare attraverso 3 diversi membri dello staff prima di ricevere le istruzioni corrette e le fasce da braccio che dovevo ricevere. Il numero successivo riguardava la festa celebrativa che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dalle 10 alle 12:30. La mia camera era al 16° piano e sono andata in camera mia alle 12:30 solo per intrattenermi ulteriormente fino alle 3 del mattino. Il suono basso della musica mi ha tenuto sveglio fino alle 3:30. Infine, il buffet del mattino successivo era vario in ciò che offrivano ma, a parte il caffè, il pasto era freddo. Il mio consiglio alle persone è che questo hotel è sopravvalutato e che è possibile trovare hotel migliori a prezzi più economici che, a mio parere, rappresenterebbero un passo avanti in termini di servizio e comodità. Non sprecare i tuoi soldi!

Stayed here for one week for the Sinulog festival, the place is good for those who want to have a quiet place and accessible to all places near malls and convenient stores. Can cook in the room, electric kettle is provided plus 2 mugs and teaspoons for hot milk/coffee. Mineral water for drinking is also provided, hot bath is 24 hrs, ac is good as new. Overall review for Cornestone Manor inn is excellent, definitely will check in again for my next vacation in Cebu.

They need to upgrade their elevators. Such a nice hotel sana but they got LB appliances. I just find it amusing because if there is LG which means life's good, their LB means life better but it's not really a better tv hahaha

L'hotel è situato a Brgy Apas e vicino agli stabilimenti di business di Cebu IT Park. Grande soggiorno per i viaggiatori soli. Accessibile ai trasporti pubblici e ai centri di distribuzione. We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well. Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner. The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives. On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher. We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service. The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

Room is good for the price we got. Like a small apartment with a private shower. But it was a bit dirty, some hairs on the floors, towels are not clean enough. Location is perfect, quite. Many shops, bars, cafes are around by 10 mins walking.

Yello Hotel is one of our favorite places to go, the feature we liked is the breakfast it is such a time saver and all the food is delicious and of course the place itself is so beautiful quiet and pleasant.
