Hotel in zona Colon St, Cebu

Stavo 1 notte nella stanza n. 214.Il letto non sembrava cambiare, come sembrava gialla, il telaio troppo sottile si sentirerebbe certamente freddo, il mattone di pavimento sembrava così vecchio e indossato, il bollaggio nella stanza di conforto non era pulito come era giallo. Poi uno dei nostri dettagli della stanza è che ha una vista sulla città e mi aspettavo che la città abbia davvero. Ma è stato molto deluso perché non c'è nessuno, c'è una finestra molto piccola come nella stanza che è coperta da una cortina di fiocchi. Sì, questo è un hotel di bilancio, ma per favore rendere la vostra stanza almeno completamente pulita e confortevole per i vostri ospiti. Le foto postate su Internet sono completamente diverse in realtà. Avrei dovuto leggere le cattive recensioni prima della prenotazione. In ogni caso, spero che miglioreranno.

E'la prima volta che so se dovrei chiedere la pulizia della stanza - sono deluso. Ma se la persona che si trova in quella parte deve sapere, è scomodo. Il personale è molto gentile. Mi ha sempre trattato con un sorriso luminoso. La colazione era così semplice, ma il servizio era buono e il caffè era delizioso. Penso che proverò un altro menu. In generale, è un hotel che deve essere valutato dal costo.

L'hotel si trova nella parte settentrionale della città con una vicinanza a Robinson, ristoranti e 7-11. La stanza è stata ben ristrutturata e pulita. Sono forniti uscite di potenza universale e USB. 1.000 peso in contanti è necessario per il deposito. C'è una regola che non mangiare cibo in camera.

Nuovo hotel economico di lusso che i miei figli amano proprio nel mezzo La città. C'è una piccola piscina all'interno dell'hotel, ma dal momento che c'è una costruzione vicino, non per compromettere la sicurezza, hanno chiuso fuori la piscina con la piscina infinita Citadines come alternativa. La famosa local Sunburst & un ristorante e altri ristoranti interessanti sono convenientemente accanto all'hotel. La camera della regina era piccola, ma molto pulita e grande interno. L'acqua è disponibile anche in asse e un pantry, se si desidera avere un pasto fuori invece nella stanza. Tasso di S$63 è venuto w set di colazione per 2 che è stato preparato per ordinare in una cucina aperta da cuochi molto perchi. Lavatrice/siccato anche sul sito. Hammocks sono anche a disposizione degli ospiti. La loro zona di cena è anche da notare. Ci hanno partecipato al Front Dest da Jules, davvero amichevole e accogliente che i miei figli non erano vergognosi di parlare. E il posto puzza come bubblegum. 🥰 Torna presto con più famiglia. Grazie, ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno!

Nous n'avons pas passé la nuit entière du a l'annulation de notre vol. On est arrivé au petit matin vers 6h00. On dormi une petite heure ,puis après la douche .Le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville de cebu , propre et facile d'accès. Les chambres sont simples et bien équipées,tv,clim,frigo,bureau et salle de bain fonctionnelle, personnels accueillant.

Staff were great but you pay for extra water (Php20 per 250ml) or pillow (Php100). Location is great. Literally beside the city hall. There’s a bakery beside the hotel and restaurant at 2nd floor. Staff there are super friendly and kind. Noticeably a bunch of lovely crystals at the lobby.

Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. 10. L'ascensore è la carta chiave attivata. 11. Non offrono cibo o servizio in camera ma Grab è disponibile. Il ricevitore può anche ordinare per voi. 12. Se vuoi andare fuori tutto il tempo, questo è il posto perfetto per te. 13. Sono dotati di un ascensore perfetto fuori per i viaggiatori di senior cittadino.

We went to Cebu for a few days and decided to stay here since the location is near almost everything that we need and the rate is cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. Here are my thoughts: 1. Originally, we booked a Deluxe Room (one queen bed and one single bed) via phone a week prior our arrival. The Receptionist told us that the room can hold three guests since they don't have a room with three beds. 2. When we arrived, I was surprised to see how small the room was. The beds can definitely fit three adults / persons but the room itself is quite cramped for three people with luggages. You can't even walk around the room without bumping to each other or bumping to the furniture. 3. I went to the Reception Area and requested if we can have three single beds instead. In my head, I imagined that with three single beds, we could have more space and navigate a little freely. 4. Arrived back the hotel around 8ish (after having dinner) and was disappointed that our room was not arranged how we requested several hours ago. 5. Went back to the Reception Area and explained what has transpired. It was a good thing that the staff there were polite that kept me from making a scene. 6. I explained (again) that the reason why we're requesting for three single beds because the size of the room doesn't suffice three adults. Receptionist apologized and ALSO agreed that the room was too tiny for us. I almost laughed because when we checked in, I explained to them that we were three guests. They even asked for a 500php fee for the additional person. Why didn't they tell us from the start that the room was not equipped to accommodate three guests? 7. I requested for a bigger room (Family Room) which only costs 100php more than our original room. Luckily, there was an available room the following day until we leave Cebu. 8. Family Room was definitely spacious. It has a one queen sized bed and a sofa bed. The room was adequately clean but there are some evidence of worn out furniture and old sheets (clean but minimal stains). Fortunately, the bathroom was clean and the towels were relatively new. 9. We requested to ”Make Up Room” the next day since will be out the whole day that time. When we got back, again, felt really frustrated because the room was still unkempt and the trash weren't taken out. Needed to call the Reception Area again. 10. They provide free WiFi but they will just give you a piece of paper with the code. And the code is only good for one gadget for two days. If you have like five gadets, you need to ask five vouchers. Since we were at the 4th floor, for some reason, the internet gets disconnected from time to time. 11. They don't offer free water daily. I suggest that you stock up your room with water. 12. Aircon is old. It can cool the room partially because it's just a window type zircon which I think is just less than 1 horsepower. It's manual. 13. No trash bin inside the room.
