Hotel in zona Cebu City, Cebu

The location was convenient since it’s near to supermarkets/malls. It was clean and the bed was comfy. But my only concerns were the noises at night. It seemed they don’t have designated quiet hours for the residents there. I could hear people playing table tennis till morning. I didn’t have a good sleep on my first night and I had a nightmare when I fell asleep. It seemed my body was not getting the proper sleep it deserved after a long trip to that hotel.

They felt truly welcomed and comfortable, and that gave me so much peace of mind, even from afar. They couldn’t stop talking about how kind and attentive your team was, and how much they enjoyed the delicious food—especially the breakfast, which was such a thoughtful inclusion. The rate was more than fair for the level of service and comfort you provided. It’s rare to find a place that makes guests feel so at home. Your warmth and professionalism made all the difference, and I’m deeply grateful. I’ll gladly recommend your hotel to anyone traveling to the area. Swimming pool was closed due to the earthquake which hits in October 1st. That’s what they told me. Maybe it was just pretext. U can’t ask extra towel for your guest cos there is only you who paid for room. And therefore u have only one towel. 😂 Internet was crushing every hour. After midnight it stops completely.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy.. I totally recommend it. However, the pool area is slippery and no signage was found. My brother had a mishap good thing a nurse was available. The duty manager offered us for a late check out because we were still going to the hospital. No lifeguard present maybe because the pools aren't too deep.. Still, i'll choose this hotel again..

Waterfront used to be our 'go to' every time we traveled here and while we plan to come back more now that the restrictions are lifted, we may be looking for other accommodations. Notably, it felt completely different than our pre-covid stay. Service used to be attentive and on the spot...now it seems distracted and unfocused on the customer. Food at breakfast was largely cold and not fresh and for what you're charging...everything should be fresh and warm, e.g. pancakes, fried eggs, bacon. Shocked that the one thing I couldn't wait to experience and share with my young children was the assortment of fruit, but there were no mangos....in the Philippines...no mangos. lol Lobby service seemed to be on their phones while we waited to catch someone's attention to order a drink. Everyone was polite, but the 'standard' seems to have fallen or relaxed considerably since our last stay. Facilities seemed a bit rundown as well. We booked a VIP suite and the carpets were wet upon arrival...apparently they had shampooed the carpets, but had not planned that far enough in advance to allow them to dry. The A/C was barely working in our room such that we were sweating at times in bed. I've had better stays....here and elsewhere.

The service is good though it could be improved. We asked to borrow a flat iron but it was never delivered into the room. Amenities are okay. Just don’t expect too much.

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

The location is perfect right beside malls, convenient stores, spas and coffee shops. The staffs are okay, although I didn't like the night shift guard on the parking area - he's tone is very sarcastic. The foods were good, not that wow. It ia good for business trip but not for leisure since they don't really have an amenities where you can enjoy staycation like a swimming pool. But overall it's a good experience.

Good Hotel nearby malls and short drive to it park. Only improvement points I see: - the way the WiFi connectivity system is very poor for 2025. so you have to reconnect often to the WiFi manually. - the shower had no real door Sontheim bathroom was partially flooded after having a shower. And it’s super slippery then
