Very good experience in this hotel, definitely will come back here , the receptionist and all the people here are so friendly and welcoming. Also the price is affordable, highly recommended!

Le darei un 3/5 per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere erano pulite e tranquille. E' lontano dalla musica alta o dal rumore da altrove. Le camere sono nuove anche. E' economico per cui si ottiene quello che hai pagato. Il personale del Front Desk può essere un po' più accogliente per essere onesti, e si prenderà cura di voi quando passi alla Reception, soprattutto durante il turno di ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza e il ragazzo e i due ragazze del mattino sono la persona più fredda. Penso che ciò che manca! Troveranno difficile da salutare anche un ciao o un saluto! Dovrebbero imparare dal personale degli hotel 3 stelle a Bohol o Palawan. Anche se il loro hotel non è nuovo, nemmeno usciranno dall'esperienza con un sincero e accogliente sorriso. Se si trova in un budget e non si tratta di problemi con personale scomodo, questo hotel è consigliato!

Abbiamo controllato l'ultima Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel abbiamo avuto un esplosione la mia famiglia è stata soddisfatta di tutti i servizi che avevano offerto. L'hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle, quindi vale tutto quello che hai pagato. L’ultimo giorno, quando abbiamo controllato accidentalmente, abbiamo lasciato l’iphone di mio figlio nella stanza, l’abbiamo notato quando siamo andati a casa sulla strada. Ho detto al direttore del servizio, STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO, che mi aveva assicurato che il telefono era proprio laggiù. Altri impiegati cercavano e chiedono agli altri di aiutarli a trovare finché il signor STEVEN Santiago non andò personalmente in camera e lo trovava. Sono così felice, onestà e integrità sono le parole giuste per voi, Sir STEVEN grazie.

The hotel is old but it still has a lot of value for its price especially if you are on a limited budget. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my request like ironing equipment. The location of the hotel is also its advantage since it is very accessible and taxis are plenty at any time of the day.

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

Mi sono trovato un hotel vicino all'aeroporto e vicino al ristorante e al ristorante durante un recente viaggio a Cebu. Il mio soggiorno di solito ha avuto un grande aumento dei prezzi e, poiché era lontano dall'aeroporto, ho cercato un nuovo hotel. E'bello che avessero una vacanza, quindi mi sono trasferito dal sito del cliente all'hotel. Mi sono piacevolmente sorpreso dal lobby luminoso. Tuttavia, la camera singola aveva un'ampia disposizione con il bacino dietro la porta, ma non all'interno del bagno. Eppure era di valore per i soldi perché aveva acqua calda e fredda, aria condizionata, frigorifero, TV a schermo piatto e fogli puliti. Beh, la maggior parte del rumore proveniva da colleghi che camminavano attraverso i corridoi dopo aver fatto bar crawls, immagino. Inoltre, l'hotel è un grande valore per i soldi. Sono ansioso di rimanere con loro in viaggi futuri.

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

L'hotel era ok per il prezzo. I prezzi sono destinati ai membri, quindi è meglio controllare l'adesione se si vuole rimanere per un po'. Non ti dicono davvero di chiedere prima di prenotare. Buon posto se si vuole andare per un soggiorno. Il servizio di prenotazione potrebbe essere più accogliente, data la volontà dell'hotel.
