Mentre si trova vicino alla comodità di SM Cebu, gran parte dei servizi dell'hotel è qualcosa che non vede l'ora. La piscina non era pulita. Alcune sezioni della piscina erano inaccessibili. Il business center era accessibile solo per alcuni piani. Scommetto che la maggior parte erano delle suite di business class. Anche i tuoi ospiti plebei non hanno affari? La stampa è stata molto sovraccarica (@50php/pagina). L'unica grazia salvifica è stata probabilmente la palestra. Era spaziosa con attrezzature sufficienti e c'era una macchina Smith. Non vedevo l'ora di cenare al Feria ma era chiuso e mi è stato detto che è aperto solo in determinati giorni probabilmente a causa delle restrizioni di Covid. Considerando che le attività di ospitalità si stanno aprendo, mi chiedo come andrebbe questo rispetto agli hotel che offrono pasti a buffet. La colazione era gloriosa però! Le camere erano pulite. Sebbene la fornitura di articoli da toeletta sia in termini di qualità che di quantità sia piuttosto scadente con gli hotel nella loro gamma. Il servizio era ok. Niente di entusiasmante. Sul tipo di servizio che dovrei aspettarmi dalla fascia di prezzo che offre.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Abbiamo controllato l'ultima Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel abbiamo avuto un esplosione la mia famiglia è stata soddisfatta di tutti i servizi che avevano offerto. L'hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle, quindi vale tutto quello che hai pagato. L’ultimo giorno, quando abbiamo controllato accidentalmente, abbiamo lasciato l’iphone di mio figlio nella stanza, l’abbiamo notato quando siamo andati a casa sulla strada. Ho detto al direttore del servizio, STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO, che mi aveva assicurato che il telefono era proprio laggiù. Altri impiegati cercavano e chiedono agli altri di aiutarli a trovare finché il signor STEVEN Santiago non andò personalmente in camera e lo trovava. Sono così felice, onestà e integrità sono le parole giuste per voi, Sir STEVEN grazie.

I love the location. It is within Cebu’s IT Park which has almost everything you need, just around corner. Restaurants, Coffee shops, banks, as well as supermarket. The hotel is very clean. Always clean. The food is very good. They have so much options. Staff are all welcoming and accommodating. Most of them greet guests on hallways. The security is very good. Even guests can not easily access the floor where the rooms are located since you always need to tap the keycard. My only complain was the elevators. They have 3, I believe. But it takes a while for 1 to arrive everytime we need it. And this happened not only a few times, but althrougout our stay. I also have friends who stayed there from March 22-25. So I was visiting the hotel, and it was the same.

I had a wonderful Christmas Hotel 2022 Staycation experience courtesy of the Main Hotel and Suites located in Barangay Banilad in the City of Cebu. This is my 21st Hotel-Resort-Farm-Campground Staycation in total here in Cebu since Christmas 2020. I instantly noticed most of their guests are foreign tourists. I easily feel the warmth the moment they welcomed me and I could feel at home away from home with their kind and accommodating staff like the  Housekeeping personnel, Irene Tolentino who carry my traveling bag to my standard queen room while having my vlogging, and Stanlee Montecalvo for the maintenance for something that needs to be fixed with Security Guard Jonathan Mendoza who act as my cameraman and delivered all my needs in the room. All these things are made possible by Front Office Associate Joyce Villanueva from the booking reservations up until our constant communication as she instantly answered all my queries and requests weeks before my stay. I got the biggest surprise when I was given that amazing Christmas gift hotel room upgrade on that Christmas morning when Front Office Associate Sheila Matuguina handed me the key for the Main Suite Room with a king-size bed, a sofa, a spacious shower & toilet, a personal refrigerator, a kettle, safety deposit box and has a small balcony overlooking the city view. I could still remember this beautiful serene Christmas night when I powered off all the lights while I was seating on top of my big king-size mattress with large soft pillows at my back and on my head while leaning on the wall. I was deeply mesmerized by the beauty of the city by night from the main suite room window. I couldn't imagine that I can have this kind of wonderful celebration on Christmas night blessed with good weather and a good climate. Two years ago, we were in quarantine and social distancing with strict protocol to follow brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, and a year ago, we are to deal with the devastating aftermath of super typhoon Odette without power, no water supply, limited supply of food, most houses were destroyed and several families were homeless. No wonder they have been awarded Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice Award winning for consecutive years for the kind of service they have given me. With this track record, now I know the reason why travelers both local and foreign nationals choose to stay here because I, myself personally experience it.

The room is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The Jr. Suite is inexpensive and spacious. The bathroom tub faucet needs maintenance. The kitchen and wait staff of the hotel isn't great. For instance the service water is often dirty. There are often dirty dishes. The wait staff are below par, often failing to provide basic service (serving the dirty water or clearing away dirty dishes). The housekeeping staff are super friendly and do a great job. I think for the price it's a great choice for a hotel.

We’ve been here second time around, because we really like the area closest to mall. Second time around was same floor but the rooms facing to the busy roads which we cannot sleep well because the noise of vehicles very loud. We ask the staff to move other room in the middle of the night, luckily she let us to transfer another room without hesitation. In the other room the aircon is quite noisy but overall is good.

Il commento seguente si riferisce allo stato di quarantena. L'hotel non è responsabile del lavoro (molto problematico) del BoQ (hanno impiegato 59-60 ore per inviare il risultato del secondo test, fatto dopo 7 giorni; il risultato del tampone all'aeroporto mi è stato completamente nascosto, super strano) ; in Germania all'aeroporto l'ho preso dopo 4-5 ore, PCR-test). Le camere sono belle e pulite, abbastanza grandi, solo il bagno è un po' piccolo e povero. La TV funzionava molto bene (molti canali), il wifi ha un segnale/capacità troppo debole (solo nella hall funziona bene, abbastanza forte per scaricare un libro o un giornale. Il personale è cordiale. Il cibo del ristorante era molto buono e molto, quindi 2 pasti al giorno sono stati sufficienti per me. La guardia è cordiale e lavora come piccolo aiuto per le esigenze di 7 undici. Tutto sommato il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono, rispetto ai prezzi degli hotel in MNL è fantastico. L'unico problema è il segnale debole del wifi (nelle camere). Lo stato Q e il ristorante chiuso significano che molto cibo è sprecato. I topi sono felici. Hanno gatti, ma si sono organizzati con loro invece di inseguirli - pigri. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale; se sei libero, molti ristoranti disponibili. Sono sopravvissuto con l'aggiunta dell'aiuto della consegna di cibo come il chowking; conveniente; i prezzi delle bevande e del cibo in hotel sono giusti. La qualifica con 2!/2 stelle è appropriata.

Ho prenotato una stanza per 2 notti per il mio gf e sua figlia. So che non controllavano gli hotel che non avevano alcune delle strutture a causa del tifon Odette, ma ho prenotato la stanza con l'idea che ci fosse una palestra e una piscina, nessuno dei quali poteva essere fornito, Questo era molto deludente, Mia figlia di gradino ama nuotare e la mia GF vorrebbe che lo facesse per avere un po' di tempo anche per lei. Il giardino è stato anche un altro passo disappunto, perché il mio gf voleva essere in grado di lavorare e ancora una volta ho prenotato la stanza perché queste strutture erano state annunciate TP disponibile. Il mio GF aveva detto che la stanza era abbastanza bella, ma non era pulita in nessun momento, nonostante il contatto con lei in molte occasioni e l’aver assicurato di farlo. Egli si lamentò che non fosse stato possibile cambiare le stanze, ma non era stato possibile; il personale era gentile e amabile, ma non ha fatto quello che avevano detto, ma non è abbastanza buono. La posizione era buona, ma, a dire il vero, la maggior parte di tutto il resto era al di sotto di un buon standard.

Era un po' deludente, per prima cosa, ho avuto un controllo precoce in richiesta che non è stato concesso, ma mi hanno offerto un aggiornamento che ho ottenuto perché non ho avuto scelta di entrare nella stanza perché ero troppo stanco del volo che ho avuto. Poi dissero che chiamavano ogni notte per chiedere agli ospiti quali sarebbero le cose del colazione al mattino successivo, per poter preparare, ma anche una volta che non ho mai ricevuto una chiamata da loro per il colazione, Pertanto, io stesso seguirò le mie disposizioni per la colazione, (anche il wifi è lento nella mia stanza ) finalmente quello che mi irritò più è che chiedo un'acqua dall'operatore (perché non hanno acqua complimentare quotidianamente) che ha preso 30 minuti dalla mia chiamata e devo seguirli prima che mi diedessero le bottiglie d'acqua. Questa è una semplice richiesta per un hotel non così grande che mi ha fatto saltare perché ho lavorato anche per un campo di servizio al cliente e 30 minuti per un solo acqua bottigliata è inescusabile. Spero che cambieranno. Forse non solo per il futuro.

Una conchiglia adagiata magistralmente su di una di quelle spiagge da sogno tipiche delle riviste di viaggi, pronta ad aprirsi e regalare meraviglie a chiunque incontri. Questo è il Tepanee Beach Resort. Intimo, accogliente, elegante senza ostentazione, perfettamente inserito nella semplicità del contesto in cui si trova. Le stanze deluxe con affaccio sul mare sono una vera chicca. Pulizia ineccepibile, ordine e gentilezza di tutto il personale ti fanno sentire realmente a casa. Questo è quello che si prova quando si rientra la sera dopo un full day in barca. Cibo squisito con una cucina che spazia in tutto il mondo. E anche il più esigente dei palati italiani non può che restare soddisfatto. Un valore aggiunto? L’area marina protetta in cui si può vedere lo squalo pinna nera con solo maschera e boccaglio, il cui accesso è fruibile via terra direttamente dalla spiaggia del resort. Un altro valore aggiunto, forse il più importante? Due persone. Tutto questo non esisterebbe senza il genio e l’intraprendenza di una meravigliosa coppia italiana, Andrea e Silvia, che hanno deciso, un giorno di molti anni fa, di portare a Malapasqua la loro travolgente voglia di vivere e tutte le conoscenze necessarie per costruire letteralmente un angolo di paradiso. Possibilità di vivere il mare a 360 gradi in quello che rimane a buon diritto uno dei più bei siti al mondo per le immersioni, grazie anche ai moltissimi Diving superqualificati ed attrezzati a pochissima distanza dal Resort, e tra un bagno e l’altro resta pur sempre un’isola verde che aspetta solo di essere visitata. Mi rivolgo a te che sei arrivato a leggere fino all’ultima riga, cosa aspetti a prenotare?

Le camere sono di buona dimensione e i letti sono comodi. Piscine pulite e un grande palestra nelle stanze. Il servizio in camera è veloce ma i prezzi sono più elevati di quanto non ricordo LoL ... i bambini amano il gelato di notte tardi nel ristorante del lobby. Ho dato un 3 per servizi e servizi per i seguenti motivi: 1. Solo 2 ascensori e accettano seminari e funzioni immaginano il traffico utilizzando l'ascensore. 2. La scelta di cibo per colazione è piuttosto bello, ma anche così.Immagina di essere servito con Pork Afritada alle 6:00. 3. È il nostro 3° hotel a Cebu in questa settimana, e posso dire che questo hotel non è un valore per soldi in termini di camera. Ho un migliore vicino Ayala per un prezzo molto più economico. Controllare presto viene con un prezzo, controllare tardi anche, ma è comprensibile. Tutti sembrano amichevoli e accessibili, soprattutto i guardiani di lobby, i puliziari e i server alimentari.

E'la prima volta che so se dovrei chiedere la pulizia della stanza - sono deluso. Ma se la persona che si trova in quella parte deve sapere, è scomodo. Il personale è molto gentile. Belle camere per soggiornare solo pochi minuti al porto. Inoltre accessibile ai centri, alle cliniche, ai negozi convenienti e al terminal nord bus. Il buffet del colazione è anche bello, molto frutta da scegliere. Sono rimasto qui ogni volta che vengo a Cebu, specialmente per brevi periodi come aspettare i miei prossimi viaggi da Cebu a vicini luoghi e isole.

Durante l'ultimo giorno a Cebu, mia nipote e io abbiamo deciso di cercare un hotel con piscina per poter nuotare e rilassarsi. Ho trovato Mandarin attraverso Agoda. Il costo è 2,800. Eravamo così eccitati ... Il check-in era senza saldatura. Il tipo @ la ricezione non ha parlato della piscina e abbiamo anche dimenticato di chiedere. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Dopo aver riposato per qualche minuto abbiamo deciso di andare a controllare la piscina. Fuori dalla nostra stanza abbiamo visto e chiesto alle signore ”servizio della stanza” dove trovare la piscina. Ci hanno detto che era al terzo piano e poi hanno aggiunto ”ma è chiusa, signora. E' stata danneggiata dal tifone Odette ...” Siamo stati così delusi! La posizione è grande. E' vicino/ attraverso il centro commerciale Ayala.

Le darei un 3/5 per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere erano pulite e tranquille. E' lontano dalla musica alta o dal rumore da altrove. Le camere sono nuove anche. E' economico per cui si ottiene quello che hai pagato. Il personale del Front Desk può essere un po' più accogliente per essere onesti, e si prenderà cura di voi quando passi alla Reception, soprattutto durante il turno di ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza e il ragazzo e i due ragazze del mattino sono la persona più fredda. Penso che ciò che manca! Troveranno difficile da salutare anche un ciao o un saluto! Dovrebbero imparare dal personale degli hotel 3 stelle a Bohol o Palawan. Anche se il loro hotel non è nuovo, nemmeno usciranno dall'esperienza con un sincero e accogliente sorriso. Se si trova in un budget e non si tratta di problemi con personale scomodo, questo hotel è consigliato!

I love the location. It is within Cebu’s IT Park which has almost everything you need, just around corner. Restaurants, Coffee shops, banks, as well as supermarket. The hotel is very clean. Always clean. The food is very good. They have so much options. Staff are all welcoming and accommodating. Most of them greet guests on hallways. The security is very good. Even guests can not easily access the floor where the rooms are located since you always need to tap the keycard. My only complain was the elevators. They have 3, I believe. But it takes a while for 1 to arrive everytime we need it. And this happened not only a few times, but althrougout our stay. I also have friends who stayed there from March 22-25. So I was visiting the hotel, and it was the same.

I was not expectng this hotel to be soo good i thought i might be disappointed on my entire sty but i was amazed the staffs are so kind and helpful even the guard. The room is quite good and spacious but they dont have floor towel so my bathroom floor keeps on wetting. The aircon is very cold as per my friend the aircon is not for human its for meat. hahaha the wifi is so good and i like them they have water dispenser where you can refill your water bottles. I'm surely be back here.

La chiesa di Niño, la croce di Magellano e Pier per prendere la ferrata. nessun colazione, ma McDonald's è proprio in strada. Il parcheggio è un dolore. Nel nostro soggiorno per solo 2 notti, abbiamo avuto problemi nelle 2 camere familiari che abbiamo prenotato - roche, scudi a chiusura, AC e TV disfunzionali che mostravano immagini così confuse come il problema 1990s. Cacca e drenaggio sembrano essere così rampanti che l'odore dominava In tutte le camere. Era solo troppo che la gentilezza del personale dell'hotel non poteva più compensarla. Se si può tollerare in cambio della posizione ideale, allora si può dare a questo hotel una possibilità.

Sul tipo di servizio che dovrei aspettarmi dalla fascia di prezzo che offre.

The mattress was low quality. You can feel the wires of the springs. We turned it over but the same. It really needs a good thick mattress topper. The air-conditioner was very noisy. There needs to be signs in the passage way that should instruct people to be quiet because people sleep here. Kids were noisy, slaming doors and talking loudly.
