La posizione è molto strategica e facile da trovare. Da l'hotel si può andare intorno alla città convenientemente. Si può trovare un sacco di ristorante e catene alimentari veloci fuori così meno disturbo. Il punto di svolta con la nostra esperienza è che la stanza non era abbastanza spaziosa perché avevamo 2 bagagli e l'aprivamo tutto il tempo. Ci siamo fermati per 2 notti. Anche se non avevamo molte cose con noi, dovrebbe essere tutto a posto. Un altro è stato quello della doccia, l’acqua corrente non era così conveniente; ci è voluto un po’ di tempo per far finire la doccia. Il personale ospite! Nella foto abbiamo davvero avuto un sacco di cose in corso.Abbiamo ordinato alcuni beni per dare ai nostri parenti che erano in cebu e abbiamo appena arrivato in questo momento. 🤣

L'hotel più economico che potessi trovare. Rimasto per 15 giorni. Le camere erano al quarto piano bellissime e pulite. Dico le camere perché la metà strada attraverso il nostro soggiorno il nostro aria condizionata è uscito così siamo stati trasferiti (gratuito) in un'altra stanza. I dipendenti erano tutti gentili e disposti ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. La posizione è bella. Quasi vicino al centro commerciale Ayala e l'area generale è sicura e facile da navigare/trovare il trasporto sotto forma di jeep o autobus. La decorazione è un po' insolita e antiquata. Quel beige sulle pareti è l'unica cosa che non mi piace. Non è affatto un hotel 5 stelle, ma è un'operazione per il suo prezzo(15 euro per notte) chiunque sarebbe stupido passare. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare Cebu su un bilancio. Non abbiamo gustato la loro cucina o visitare il loro giardino.

Very good experience in this hotel, definitely will come back here , the receptionist and all the people here are so friendly and welcoming. Also the price is affordable, highly recommended!

Le darei un 3/5 per il mio soggiorno di 3 notti! Le camere erano pulite e tranquille. E' lontano dalla musica alta o dal rumore da altrove. Le camere sono nuove anche. E' economico per cui si ottiene quello che hai pagato. Il personale del Front Desk può essere un po' più accogliente per essere onesti, e si prenderà cura di voi quando passi alla Reception, soprattutto durante il turno di ore del pomeriggio, la ragazza e il ragazzo e i due ragazze del mattino sono la persona più fredda. Penso che ciò che manca! Troveranno difficile da salutare anche un ciao o un saluto! Dovrebbero imparare dal personale degli hotel 3 stelle a Bohol o Palawan. Anche se il loro hotel non è nuovo, nemmeno usciranno dall'esperienza con un sincero e accogliente sorriso. The hotel is old but it still has a lot of value for its price especially if you are on a limited budget. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my request like ironing equipment. The location of the hotel is also its advantage since it is very accessible and taxis are plenty at any time of the day.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

Ho camminato 3 chilometri avanti e indietro per andare in spiaggia! ! ! Perché nessuno ha comunicato in anticipo informazioni così importanti? 2. Sì è una spiaggia privata, i servizi sono ok, ma è in costruzione, ci sono più lavoratori che turisti e tutti hanno tirato il nastro giallo, è impossibile fare una foto, l'ambiente non è una vacanza stato affatto. 3. Originariamente era una camera con vista sul mare, ma il vetro era sporco e sembrava che fuori piovesse. . . Questa è la prima volta che incontro un hotel con vetri così sporchi. Anche la vista del mare era a 2 o 3 chilometri di distanza, ma tutto quello che potevo vedere era la rovina davanti a me. . . Al piano di sotto ci sono tutti i bungalow, un disastro, ehi. 4. C’è una piscina, è così piccola che mi vergogno troppo per entrarci. I bambini urlavano e giocavano nell'acqua e potevamo sentirli chiaramente all'ottavo piano. 5. Nella stanza, quando il condizionatore è acceso, sembra di entrare nella cabina di un aereo e il rumore è fortissimo. E deve essere regolato a 16 gradi per ottenere un po' di brezza fresca. Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna. Quando ho visto alcuni commenti su questo problema, ho pensato che non fosse un grosso problema. Oh mio Dio, è stata un'esperienza davvero dolorosa. Era anche estremamente umido, quindi ho dovuto asciugare il letto con un asciugacapelli prima di potermi sdraiare. 6. La reception non sapeva quali domande porre e non aveva nemmeno una mappa locale o un'introduzione alle attrazioni. Alla fine un addetto alla reception ci ha dato un'idea dicendo che sarebbe più conveniente noleggiare un'auto, che l'autista fornito dall'hotel è più affidabile e che in 5-6 ore possiamo visitare più di 10 di Le attrazioni più famose di Cebu. Dopo aver finito di giocare, sono quasi scoppiato in lacrime di gratitudine. Di conseguenza, siamo stati portati in giro per 6 ore e abbiamo visitato 2 attrazioni. Il resto del tempo è stato trascorso negli ingorghi. Abbiamo speso 5100p (quasi 700 RMB) su due attrazioni? ? ? Non è uno scherzo internazionale? Questo è il nostro quarto mese di viaggio e siamo stati in 5 o 6 paesi. Questa è la peggiore esperienza di alloggio che abbiamo mai avuto, principalmente a causa dei problemi di prezzo/prestazioni, e ci sono grossi problemi. Spero che non cadano tutti nella trappola.
