This approx. 2350 sq ft home was renovated in 2013. The kitchen boasts updated stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and separate indoor laundry room for ultimate convenience. Just steps to the sand via our own private beach access, enjoy endless ocean views and relax as the sun sets and the waves roll in. The layout of the home is wonderful. Very roomy for a large group. Love the location—being within walking distance of all shopping and the beach in Cayucos is a definite plus. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cook when we are at the beach so it was really nice to have all the necessities. However, the house had ants, especially in the kitchen. It was not pleasant fighting to keep them away for 7 days. Also, there was a terrible smell coming from the dishwasher. The general cleanliness of the home was not good.

Lovely family beach stay Watching the wildlife from the balcony was the favorite activity. The kitchen was good for some large dinners. There were some high quality items in the kitchen, which made cooking there very enjoyable.

Cayucos 4th of July Overall, the stay was fabulous. The house has a great view with great access to the beach, downtown, and many other popular locations.

Best house on the beach! A fabulous time is always had at this beautiful house on the beach. It's close proximity to motels meant extra family could be near. My favorite house in Cayucus!
