L'arrivo al roc casa del mar non è stato dei migliori, anzi. Avevamo prenotato una stanza Excelsior convinti di avere delle comodità maggiori e un trattamento differente, mentre ci è stata consegnata una stanza standard. Ne è seguita una lunga discussione con il manager commerciale che dopo alcune resistenze ha cambiato la stanza con una Deluxe. C’è semplicemente stato un problema comunicativo online. La successiva scoperta all'interno del resort è stata quella di una evidente scarsità di cibo e mancanza di determinate attività legate ai pochi clienti del resort, solamente 40 in tutta la struttura. Da lì in poi però, con il passare dei giorni, ci siamo innamorati del resort grazie alle persone che lavorano e lo rendono unico. L'animazione sicuramente grazie al suo secondo capo e al team di ballerini e ballerine ci ha fatto divertire durante le serate in struttura. Ma non possiamo dimenticare tutte le persone che abbiamo conosciuto, come Juliet durante i nostri pranzi e cene, Bilbao nel bar della piscina e ultima, ma non per importanza, Helen sempre carina e gentile con noi nel Lobby Bar. Il nostro cuore però è ”rimasto” in spiaggia, non potevamo fare a meno di spendere le nostre giornate lì, perché li abbiamo incontrato davvero delle persone speciali. Le persone che lavorano nel bar della spiaggia non lavorano semplicemente, ma ci mettono il cuore e passione, per rendere unica l'esperienza del cliente, per questo non possiamo che dire GRAZIE a Janet, Luis, Dani e Leosviel per il trattamento UNICO che ci hanno riservato! Dall'impatto iniziale con Roc Casa del Mar non avremmo mai pensato che ci sarebbe in seguito mancato il resort, ma ad oggi ci tornerei, complice quella sensazione di famiglia che si percepisce! P.S. hanno organizzato per me ed il mio compagno una splendida cena in spiaggia, è stato un momento incredibile ed estremamente romantico, consigliato per tutte le coppie :)

Non ero mai stato a Cuba prima, è stata davvero un'esperienza incredibile per tutti i miei amici, le spiagge sono bellissime, le escursioni sono impressionanti, l'intero gruppo di lavoratori è così dolce e amichevole, i ragazzi dell'animazione sono i migliori di tutti, noi siamo rimasti colpiti dalla piccola isola caraibica, torneremo presto.
