The hotel Memories Paraiso is located in the vicinity of a private beach. On the beach are beach towels for a fee available. At the beach there is a bar serving refreshing drinks. The hotel has a 24h reception, a lobby, an internet corner, a shop as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool (open all year). For children there is also a children's pool. For your entertainment, the hotel offers a disco. There is also a laundry service available at an additional cost to customers as well as an ironing service. For your comfort, in addition to the concierge service the hotel page will ensure you are looked after. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). The energy supply is 220 Volts. If you want to explore the holiday region, you can use the car rental service close to the hotel (extra fee). For guests on their honeymoon, the hotel has special offers such as special honeymoon packages. Family weekend, in cayo santa maria. Great trip, great staff and clean room. All we needed to enjoy our vacation in cuba. Firts time and wont be the last . We thank you to make my family the best vacation ever. We recomend the trinidad bar with the best mojitos.

Villaggio molto bello e curato, buoni tutti i servizi e l’animazione ( davvero professionisti) Camere belle ed eleganti. Cibo piuttosto scarso e scadente Piscina molto particolare davvero piacevole. All inclusive molto completo Pulizia perfetta

Tre giorni con livello Diamond: servizi esclusivi mai corrisposti. Camere maleodoranti rivolte verso il mare ma senza vista mare. Frigobar non funzionante e con solo una bottiglia d'acqua: impossibile averne di più. Garantiti servizi che si rivelano falsi. Difficile trovare un responsabile per qualsiasi servizio: personale dirigente non qualificato. Buffet sufficiente ma monotono. Animazione appena accettabile. Spiaggia e mare unici aspetti fantastici.

Ciao, mi chiamo Keven e ho soggiornato al Memories molte volte prima, perché le persone sono estremamente amichevoli. Soprattutto Iv n alla reception, i fattorini Yannier, Poso, Yandi, Rene e William sono anche estremamente cordiali e molto disponibili, insieme al resto del personale è fantastico! Mi fanno davvero sentire come se fossi a casa lontano da casa. Memories è molto pulito, molto rilassante e le spiagge sono assolutamente bellissime!!! Devi assolutamente vedere queste spiagge di persona! Una volta fatto, sarai catturato come me. Continuo a tornare in questo hotel perché il prezzo è imbattibile, qui ottieni sicuramente un bel botto per il tuo dollaro e il cibo è molto buono. Se ti piacciono le belle spiagge, il personale cordiale, a un prezzo molto ragionevole, devi visitare Memories! Sono appena tornato dalla mia visita la scorsa settimana e sto già programmando il mio prossimo :) Grazie a tutto lo staff di Memories per aver reso la mia visita memorabile!

Ottima attenzione e predisposizione da parte di ciascuna delle persone che compongono lo staff. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incredibile dove abbiamo trovato TUTTO e più di quello di cui avevamo bisogno dopo questi anni di pandemia. Siamo davvero molto grati perché il calore, il rispetto e l'attenzione sono stati ottimi. Il cibo è squisito e ben servito. Altamente raccomandato e vale la pena tornare. Ringraziamo di tutto cuore ciascuno dei membri dello staff e il direttore generale per aver dedicato del tempo a dedicarci la loro attenzione. VISITATELO... TORNERAI COME SUCCEDE A NOI.

I'd like to specify my review refers EXCLUSIVELY to the tennis teacher, Jorge. We were staying at the Royalton resort nearby and where able to get access to the tennis court at Memories (as Royalton didn't offer a similar service). Jorge has been absolutely great, kind and welcoming - one of the few highlights of our stay in Cayo Santa Maria. We truly appreciated the recommendations and time Jorge dedicated to us, and will cherish the few hours we've spent at the tennis court during our holiday. Thank you again Jorge!!! Livia & Stan

I heard about the beach of this Resort, people always write about it is the most beautiful beach of Cuba, so i came to see if it is true or not, and yes, is true, it makes me fall in love because i have never ever been in a beach like this one. The workers are amazing, beautiful service. I loved the shows at night time, Boogie, Michael Jackson are the best, thank you for a such great week, see you again.

It is my first time in Cuba and of course in Memories Paraiso, i came with my daughter and we are so greatfull to be in a such beautifull resort, the color of the watter of the beach and the sound of the waves makes you forget and problem or situation of your life, this is the hollidays i needed to have, i want to thank to the guys of the buffet and the entertainment team for all the fun we had with them
