The entertainment staff is excellent ... Very good the show at evening and also for childrens the program is fantastic ....😍 ! The food and drinks is 😋 delicious !!!!. Rooms with good confort !!!. Very clean the pool and the beach is a dream !!!

This resort is newly renovated with a lot of great amenities that you can enjoy. We loved the green very well maintained gardens, the very well designed a la cart restaurants and most importantly THE BEACH! We had a great time and highly recommend this resort. We were so pleased with all the effort the staff was doing to accommodate their guests and we really appreciated it.

Had an awesome time, Great shows, wonderful people, excellent food and people. Went to Havana it is must if you’re a visitor. Don’t listen to others, have your own experiences.yourselves. Will came again in a heartbeat!!❤️ The hotel always have great music for dancing..

We went on a family trip to this resort and having visited over 30 countries, stayed in 100+ hotels I must admit this stay was one of the poorest experiences in my life. I went there with my mom and my infant. The staff is constantly waiting for your dollar , even if you ask for a glass of water, and takes it for granted. Dirtiest food court I’ve ever seen, coffee was disgusting, cockroaches on bread. Very old bedsheets, towels, not renovated suites. Neither me or my family will ever go back to Cuba! That’s for sure. When it comes to the carribeans, I highly recommend going to Jamaica or Dominican Republic instead , where you can get an appropriate service+accommodation for the same price. By the way we paid $2 for 7 days for 2 adults and an infant. As for the positive sides-the beach is wonderful , clear and warm water, beautiful nature.

We want to say how much we appreciated our stay during our visit.I want to mention how much Alex with the entertainement team was a person with an incredible smile and such a very good person.He was very helpfull and so kind.He helped us at the beach and was great to be around!!!.....thank you again Alex

Great hotel Playa Cayo Santa María we have being in many places but Playa at Santa Maria is one of the best because the people made it great to everyone evrytime. The beach the shows the lobby bar the merengue lesson at beach well everything evrytime.

I loved my experience here . Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel at home. I Want to highlight a few staff members who went above and beyond: - Yenisey at the bar/lobby - Raul and Angel at the coffee bar - Raul and Christian at the Mojito Bar - Omar at the bar/lobby - Lazaro at the pizzaria - Mário and Mayea at the buffet - Eliany at the recreation I really recomend.
