Entre a été stipule a 14 heures ,mais ils nous ont laisser rentrer à 16 heures La nourriture a oublier..pire que a la cantine scolaire, Spectacle pour la nuit pour 10, spectaculaire !!! Bravo

The bar tenders at the pool bar are great all three of them. Also the people who work at the snack bar can’t say enough about all of the people who work there especially Miguel . Over all everybody has been great to us that s is our second time coming here this year and we will be back they are our friends now

I was unsure how to rate this hotel. I went with my sister her kids and my 4,9 and 17 year old. I would love to give it a great rating, as the hotel Tried to go above and beyond to fix all our issues. 1. We arrived and our room was not ready, it’s was not made. And it took them 2 days to fix this. Attached are pictures of what it looked like on check in. 2. Due to this we were given VIP bracelets which did nothing. As there is no phone for room service, no a la carte restaurants, no private pool no b beach for VIP. I did not get rum or anything they promised. But my sister did. 3. Our room was cleaned once in the full week and our toliet was not working and no one fixed it all week. Not a soul here can speak English so you can not communicate with people. 4. We were offered a late check out due to this these issues but again, come noon we were locked out of the room and the housekeepers had no idea about the late check out. 5. No lights in any of the paths at night, very dark and lots of employees around drunk with loud music. 6. No wifi anywhere but the main lobby- with two small kids I often felt vulnerable with no phone and no wifi and no data. This is a safety issue. 7. No kids club until we brought it to management and then they had 2 men that did not speak English and one woman who did not speak English, in there I was not going to leave my 4 year old girl in there. There is no sign in, to English and no communication. 8. The lack of food options, no juice, no fries or anything at the buffet made it very hard to feed small children. But there was always food and always options. All of this being said. The hotel could be wonderful. It has potential but there needs to be changes. The hotel management wanted to fix these issues we brought to them, but the word never got down to the housekeeps or the staff. Very frustrating to pay for a room we had for half the time. The beach is beautiful and the pool could be as well with some cleaning. (There were tadpoles in it when we were there) staff is sweet and they work hard. I have a 3 rating due to the way the hotel is working towards change. And how they want to please. Lastly, I hope this hotel sorts the issues and becomes what it looks like it once it was. As there were at least 10 buildings not in use. Even with all these issue my kids had a good time as we were was a be at the beach! Peace. 🕊️

I would love to give this resort a strong 3 or low 4 but I can't. Resort is nice, beach is amazing, food is so-so but we always found something to eat, bars are well stocked, rooms are confortable and clean, plenty of hot water and A/C working well. If you are a woman looking for a good time (wink wink) this is a great resort for you. If you are a woman that is not looking for this type of "animation" but would still like to go to the bars and dance the night away with other guests.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT. Plenty of staff members have access to rooms at the hotel when it is not full. This is great for them since they don't have to commute home back and forth (3 hours by bus each way) every day. The problem is that many of them get really drunk and end up offering insistently additional services to single ladies. It is fine when that is what you are looking for but it is not fine when that is not the case and you have to turn them down continuously. The inapropriate touching from staff members on the dance floor was also quite akward It also makes the resort not safe at night when it is time to go back to your room as security is almost unexistent. One young lady described to me that on one occasion one of the cooks followed her silently on the path to her room and grabbed her hand and tried to drag her back to the bar. We also witnessed one of the member of the maintenance staff (we nicknamed him Spiderman) go from balcony to balcony at night knocking on the patio doors and looking in). I like going to Cuba (this was my 15th visit) for 3 reasons : the beach, the friendlyness of the Cuban people and the security. Well in the case of this resort ... security was not there. Just be aware of what you getting into if you book this resort.
