"Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Functional air conditioning. Hearty breakfast, fresh seasonal produce and fruit, rather pleasant and smiling staff. Courteous reception staff. Average view. Kitsch lobby decoration in my opinion… Location in a housing estate. The big problem: the bar!!! Not a smile or a good evening when I arrived. No welcome, I had to wait a good 5 minutes without a word before I asked to be served. After returning the drinks ordered because they were undrinkable, there was a wait of more than half an hour, apparently on purpose, and served by a third employee who was not on duty according to him. Bad atmosphere . In short, a business hotel without more... too bad. Management should be more attentive to the behavior of certain employees..."

"Ora l'Hotel Ibis Styles Amazonia è ottimo. Situato nel centro di Caiena (può andare a quasi tutto), è stato completamente rinnovato, le camere sono ampie, chiare e confortevoli, il ristorante è buono e soprattutto il personale della reception è fantastico. In particolare Mondyne, che ha fatto tutto per aiutarci. L'hotel è molto meglio di quanto mi aspettavo per un tre stelle (e guardate ho litigato un po' prima di prenotare per questo). Non ho capito molto la logica dell'ascensore dell'hotel, devi salire tutte le scale fino al secondo piano per prendere l'ascensore pro 3o. O, scendere le scale per prendere l'ascensore nel garage. E manca acqua gassosa al colazione, così comune nei ristoranti francesi. Il resto, mi piaceva tutto. Mi piacerebbe ospitare qui di nuovo! Super piacevole sorpresa!"
