I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is going through a major building process but despite this it is still a very nice hotel to stay at.

Lovely hotel. The spa was very nice and clean with a decent pool temperature. Steam room, sauna, hot tub and spa pool all at an excellent temperature. The room was a good size with a very nice hot shower and comfy bed. Little disappointed with breakfast selection. Ran out of fruit, croissants and yogurts half way through breakfast time. Hot buffet also kept running out of food. Needed more frequent checks on availability of items and replenishment. Second morning slightly improved.

As a frequent guest I would recommend this hotel to anyone, The hotel is ideal for me, High standards with convenient parking a rarity in the area. My only real negative is changes to booking process has reduced the number of times I stay, If booking through ********** you have to include breakfast (for 2) which increases the price not good if you book a double room for 1 person, start early and only have a small breakfast which must be common for many business trips . There is construction works going on at the minute which detracts from the appeal and pricing doesn’t reflect this, during this stay I had problems wit Wi-Fi it was slow for a big period of time but I haven’t experienced this

Would've been 5 out of 5 but the breakfast experience spoilt it slightly. Hot buffet served by someone else, coffee in urn, one toaster for 2 slices of bread for the whole restaurant, American, latte, cappuciono Not included and had to pay for it separately. For 150quid a night, you'd expect a premium coffee with breakfast and list of more a la carte choices for food.
Staff were so very helpful, nice and worked really, really hard.

Stayed here for a,family wedding, room was clean and tidy, staff were excellent and very accommodating. Drinks were expensive but a great stay had by all

Lovely stay as usual! My partner and I come here when we need a one night getaway and it's always lovely. We had smoothies at the lodge café overlooking the stunning golf course. We were slightly disappointed that the hot tub was under maintenance when we stayed but luckily the indoor jacuzzi was nice and hot which made up for it. Breakfast was lovely, there's a good selection of hot breakfast options and a nice buffet with cold options. We always look forward to staying, it's become our go to when we need a break from the every day.

Very clean, paper thin walls meant I got no sleep at all. I could hear the tv in room next to me till the early hours and every footstep/word. Food options were limited
