It all starts with the easiest early check-in ever. Danika sensed our travel weariness, offered us a refreshing drink, and made sure our room was prepped in record time. This is front desk reception at its very best. She personally set us up on wi-fi, with the comforting promise that she would handle all queries at the press of a button. The promise was faithfully kept. This resort has quite a few staff of notable mention: Snizel D'Cunha was key in making our reservation booking very easy online process. Even a phone call from India to ours in Hawaii was in order. Arlette, the Spa manager helped in making sure that we had the massages we wanted at all requested times. Very good Princeton & Austin put the icing on the cake with their daily housekeeping. All towels and bedding were changed and the room was spot clean. Gave them a daily tip for a job extremely well done.
