Caucaia: hotel con bar

È un buon hotel, camera ha una buona dimensione e ben conservato, letto con un buon letto. Tuttavia, solo sulla camera è che praticamente non ha acqua calda nel doccia. Anche se la camera ha una piccola cucina, non ci sono utensili, piatto o tazza disponibile. Il colazione è semplice ma piacevole. L'area della piscina è eccellente, ha un bar (con poche opzioni, ma che rompe un buco) e si trova davanti pro mare. L'hotel si trova a due isolati dal centro, posizione perfetta (accesso facile al centro senza essere nel centro della “bagnia”).

Our family of 5 people spent 6 days at Carmel Cumbuco over the New Year's Holiday. We got two rooms, they were very spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had a king bed and one of them had a side sofa bed for a child. Beach is beautiful with lots of kite surfers but the water currents are pretty strong (due to the winds) and full of rocks (bring water shoes and you will be fine!) There is only one option of restaurant and the food is mostly Brazilian. We LOVED the fish dish a Belle Carmel (ordered it a few times during our stay), caipirinhas were delicious (we loved passion fruit one and strawberry!) and service was overall friendly. We went to the close by ”Centro” (aka Cumbuco downtown) and enjoyed a few other restaurants there. We did a couple's massage with Denise and Luciene and it felt like heaven!! They were able to untie some knots on our backs, got us very relaxed, were friendly and very professional - highly recommend! At the pool bar, we loved the service from Lucas who was always so friendly, positive, attentive and courteous. The New Year's Eve party was incredible, food buffet was delicious, food was extremely fresh and had lots of options for all dietary needs. We got to try so many different dishes and they were all delicious. Desserts were okay, they seemed really good, maybe our taste was a little different. Decoration and ambience were so beautiful by the pool, band was really fun and the fireworks were awesome! The only thing that did NOT work well for us during our 6-day stay was activity reservation through Guest Relations. It was very disappointing, unorganized and lacked professionalism. We asked Guest Relations for help, they shared a QR link with options and shared all options were available. We booked a few of them with them in-person (buggy ride by the dunes, horseback riding and ceramics class). We received confirmation by whatsapp for the buggy ride. At the time/date scheduled, we showed up and were told there was no reservation for our time or name. No one knew what to do and what happened until we connected with the Manager. I shared feedback, he was helpful and welcomed the feedback - which was great. We ended up going on the buggy ride activity (which we highly recommend!) but they had to schedule it last minute and we were not sure if it was going to work until the end. Activities on its own are very worth it. We did the buggy ride, stopped by a few spots (including a ziplining activity) and were so fun. The horseback ride by the beach was also fun and it worked out for us to do last minute as well. In the future, I would likely will reserve activities directly with the other vendors or through TripAdvisor, not through the hotel guest relations.

A completely new hotel, ibis Caucaia Porto do Pecém is well located to welcome you. The rooms accommodate couples, singles and families, are air-conditioned and have WIFI. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of options. Several drinks available at the bar. Laundry room and car park, pet friendly hotel, for fees.

Esse hotel realmente é muito bonito externamente com várias piscinas, restaurante apenas até as 17, apesar deles dizerem até as 18. Casais ficam na piscina bemmmmmm agarrados sem se preocupar com outras pessoas ou crianças ao redor. Banheiros tem tubulação aparente, toalhas horrivelmente finas, já mensagens nos quartos sobre manchas de maquiagem em fronhas (me lembrou motel) O acesso à praia é feito por fora do hotel, deveria ter uma escada saindo da piscina pra facilitar a caminhada. A praia não me pareceu segura para banho, mas era bem bonita. Não há área de fumantes e não fumantes, haviam muitos fumantes na minha estadia, o que desencadeou uma crise asmática na minha filha, pois fumam na piscina, no restaurante, inclusive no corredor enquanto comiam em uma Mesa próxima ao quarto, já que não há cadeiras nos quartos para apoio e alimentação. Por fim recomendo APENAS para casais, não recomendo para família com crianças

Hotel in spiaggia eccellente con grande stanza accanto a buoni ristoranti in una parte molto rilassante della spiaggia di Cumbuco. Si trova a circa 1.5km dal villaggio di Cumbuco e quindi è consigliabile avere un trasporto per spostarsi e visitare altre spiagge vicino.
