Ambiente piacevole L'hotel ha un buon ambiente, è comodo, è pulito e il personale è molto piacevole con un piccolo fallimento in un cameriere che non resta nulla a tutta l'esperienza. Cominciamo da soli in coppia e finiamo di essere famiglia con due bambini. Ci dà sicurezza sia nella piscina, parco e spiaggia davanti. Centro su una pista e molto vicino a Vilagarcia e alla stazione del treno con ciò che la macchina non è stato mosso dal garage. Ripetiamo nei prossimi anni

Ho messo una stella perche' non posso mettere 0. Ho chiamato per telefono e mi hanno dato una prenotazione di una data di luglio, perché hanno assicurato che non avevano il calendario aperto. Ho richiamato due giorni dopo per ampliare da 3 a 4 persone, e mi hanno detto che le prenotazioni non esistono. Ci hanno urlato al telefono dicendo che stavo mentendo. Abbiamo rimandato la posta di prenotazione e ci hanno chiamati scusandoci, assicurandoci che la prenotazione non esiste, ma ci hanno fatto per errore, ci hanno detto di tenerla e di avvertirci quando l'ordine del giorno era aperto. Dopo settimane, ho scoperto che il programma era già aperto su Internet e i prezzi erano. Non ci avvisavano. Quando chiamavano, non ci vogliono spiegare perché il programma era aperto senza averci comunicato nulla. Ci hanno messo un bilancio sorbito (quasi 600€ per due notti), quando su Internet offrono un prezzo molto più basso. Ovviamente, per non accettare la prenotazione. Ci siamo chiamati per cancellarla e mettere una scheda di reclami. La signora che ci ha ascoltato ci ha nuovamente gridato e rimproverato che non abbiamo tenuto conto del fatto che hanno cambiato il sistema di prenotazione. Chiedo i dati per la scheda di reclamo e si dedicano a gridare e a dire che oggi devono rispondere a molte persone. Abbiamo aspettato di ricevere i dati per la reclamo, se non, andremo direttamente al consumo. Eravamo molto più attesi da questo hotel. Una delusione e un attento pubblico deplorevole.

This hotel and the service received surprised me. It was the best meal I had starting with Portugese Camino. The professional service, food and need rooms will make me stay longer but I cannot. Well done to the management team for keeping such high standards.

Wow!!! This place was amazing ! After a long day on the camino checking into this hotel with the beautiful backyard and pool was heaven. Worth every penny ! Very clean hostel which is styled very nice. Room was a little small but we spent our time in the beautiful garden so it wasn’t an issue. They have a lift so nicely accesible.
