Hotel in zona Caticlan Plaza, Caticlan

Punti positivi: Abbastanza confortevole, camere pulite, personale gentile, asciugamani morbidi e bianchi, biancheria da letto pulita, buona colazione. Grande piscina pulita, prima linea con accesso alla spiaggia. Tra gli svantaggi: il piano del bagno è tutto macchiato, non c'è uno scaffale nella doccia, un condizionatore molto rumoroso e una vista dalla finestra dei bassifondi dove vivono e cantano i galli di notte.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione alla stazione 3. Ci vogliono due o tre minuti a piedi dal giardino dell'hotel alla spiaggia. La colazione è ricca e il personale di servizio è molto gentile Se tornerò sicuramente sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta.

Molto bel hotel. Bella piscina.. Colazione buona ma alcuni cibi sembravano stiva che i. ha sottolineato. Servizio e personale sono molto gentile e gentile. Mi hanno guardato molto bene. Posizione 10-15 min passeggiata alla spiaggia. La mia camera era bella ma non funzionale. Quindi, il flusso di bagno è rotto due volte. Nessun acqua calda per il mio bagno, per questo ho prenotato la suite. Una vergogna. La gente di manutenzione doveva essere chiamata spesso.ma il servizio era buono. Così. mi sono trasferito. Un altro hotel dove l'acqua era calda !

La posizione dell'hotel era altamente accessibile e comoda. Tuttavia, la camera in cui alloggiavamo non aveva connessione internet e la ricezione del segnale era scarsa. Inoltre la stanza era poco illuminata. Abbiamo dovuto affrontare un piccolo inconveniente poiché inizialmente l'hotel non è riuscito a trovare la nostra prenotazione, ma l'hanno risolto prontamente dopo aver contattato l'agente di viaggio. Nonostante questi problemi, il nostro soggiorno nel complesso è stato soddisfacente e prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione l'idea di tornare nella bellissima isola di Boracay!

Il mio soggiorno all'Henann Palm Beach Resort è stato un rifugio pittoresco, con la sua splendida posizione fronte mare che offre panorami mozzafiato. Situato in una posizione privilegiata, il resort offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia e alle attrazioni vicine. Il servizio era eccezionale, con personale attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata dalla presenza di formiche in tutta la stanza, il che ha sminuito un soggiorno altrimenti piacevole. Nonostante questo problema, l'esperienza complessiva è stata positiva, grazie alla bellezza del resort, alla comoda posizione e all'eccellente servizio.

- Buffet breakfast era ok; 8/10 una vasta gamma di opzioni. - Andare a e da Dmall è come 5-10 minuti a piedi, o avete l'opzione di guidare un trucco elettronico. - 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia bianca. - L'hotel era situato sulla strada principale, ma era molto tranquillo. - Il personale e le guardie erano tutti a casa, e loro salutano sempre gli ospiti. - Ogni camera ha un balcone, la vista è buona, hanno dei rack per appendere i vostri vestiti bagnati. - Il collegamento WIFI era terribile, così come il loro condizionatore d’aria. Abbiamo sollevato la preoccupazione del loro concierge. Dopo una calibrazione effettuata dal loro personale, era la stessa. Nel frattempo, hanno aggiunto un router all’interno della stanza. Inizialmente, l'interfaccia Wi-Fi è rimasta in ritardo, ma solo dopo due notti ci siamo fermati.

La ragione per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel è stato perché avevamo accesso alla spiaggia alla spiaggia bianca. Il trasferimento dell'aeroporto è andato così liscio. La stanza era pulita. Tuttavia, abbiamo trovato un grande cazzo dentro il bagno. Così abbiamo avuto un tempo difficile per ucciderlo perché può volare! Una notte, il condizionatore d’aria gonfiava l’acqua, e speriamo che ci fosse un pannolino che potremmo usare all’interno della stanza.

The staff at Henann Park Resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. A special thanks to Carlo, who made our stay truly remarkable. He was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist us with any request. Carlo's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities and dining options were invaluable. The rooms at Henann Park Resort were nothing short of luxurious. They were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed by the modern amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast at Henann Park Resort was a delightful culinary experience. The variety of options available was extensive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The buffet spread featured a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, hot dishes, and made-to-order omelets. This is a lovely hotel in Boracay. Staying there, we got to know the family who is running it and their ethos is incredible, with sustainability and the local community in mind. The hotel is bright and airy, with interesting art and overall very good value for money. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It's a very very short walk to one of the best parts of the amazing white beach, with great places to swim or to sit and have a coffee or meal. Would definitely stay again.

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!
