"For us it absolutely served its purpose. The room was a good size, beds were good, bathroom and fridge served it's purpose. Close to Narellan shopping centre so easy to get whatever you want. We didn't spend much time there but mostly all good. 1 minor issue was the pillows were really big & hard. Not a major but slightly uncomfortable. Check in & out were easy. We didn't go in but Pool looked good"

Tutte le sistemazioni dispone di i giochi e le aree fumatori.
Il un parcheggio gratuito è disponibile in loco.
Nelle 6 camere della struttura, dotate di angolo cottura, ti sentirai come a casa. Il Wi-Fi gratuito ti consente di restare in contatto con il mondo, mentre la TV con canali via satellite è l'ideale per concedersi un po' di svago. I comfort includono bollitori elettrici e bustine da tè o caffè solubile.

"Apartments Hotel, le strutture di vita dovrebbero essere complete e viva molto comodo e conveniente.Il prezzo della stanza è davvero alto, il rapporto prezzo non è molto buono.La posizione non è nel centro della città, non è molto conveniente."

"Overall this is a very budget friendly hotel in a great spot with food right outside your door. With a mall and train station nearby it’s pretty much everything you’d want for budget stays. I will say I had no sleep however as the bed and pillows were awful. It is also incredibly loud here. No one seems to care about people sleeping as they bang and talk very loudly, with echoeing hallways. So as much as it has a lot of plus points I wouldn’t recommend unless it was for 1 or 2 nights or you can handle the noise and not great sleeping arrangements. Staff were lovely."

"Overall a good 3 night stay at the Hermitage. Large spacious room, fairly comfortable bed/bedding. Don’t know about aircon/heating as it was not used during our stay.
Unfortunately it is not shown in the online pictures that the hotel is surrounded by commercial facilities on 3 sides and a highway on the 4th.
Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a toaster (as breakfast is not offered at the hotel). Unfortunately, though you can cook toast there were no plates or knives supplied to put any butter or spreads on it.
The restaurant meal was great, service was really good, wine list small (inexpensive) but fine.
The whole experience was let down by our final night when we ordered in-house meals from the restaurant at 7.30 and when we called at 9pm to enquire how much longer they would be we were informed our order had been lost. Went to sleep hungry. Attitude over this issue was abysmal."
