The hotel is located in the city centre, with a supermarket and Chain fast food restaurants nearby, including 24 hours McDonald’s. The hotel design follows an industrial style, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The restroom locate on the sixth floor has a very quiet and elegant atmosphere. The breakfast provided by the restaurant is delicious. The only downside is that the elevator was out of order during my stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the city centre. It has a distinct Welsh theme and the room was immaculate and well presented. I had food in the restaurant and staff were incredibly hands on.

My parents visited me and stayed here for several warm, great days. Room is clean and staff are really friendly and caring, breakfast is great either. Just a minor issue that housekeeping hasn't empty the rubbish bin but only one day. Haha

The room was clean and staffs super friendly but the choice of food for breakfast is very limited and have to book the time not like proper buffet but they are ok.

I wondered why hotel costs were so high in Cardiff, and it turns out student graduation and Liam Gallahger concert. But location was excellent. Room quirky

The hotel was great overall, except for being awoken by a nearby party at 3 a.m. It wasn't until 5 a.m. that I gradually managed to fall back asleep amidst the noise.

Could have a better light at the bathroom for make up purposes, other than that really nice and Maya at reception is worth 10 starts for how welcome she made me feel!
