The hotel is totally not within the standards as promoted. Check in: It started with check in, we arrived at 4pm and they said that the room is not ready where the check in time is 2pm. As we are traveling with our 3 years old twins, I even arranged our flights to arrive after notmal check in time to enter to room immediately. After speaking with my agency and their call to management, immediately they give the room in 10 minutes! Restaurants: The open buffet was far from hygiene. It was not possible to find clean plate to use. Almost all was dirty. I had to put some flat bread first to put food on the plate. The variety in buffet seem too much but the quality was really poor, . Was difficult to find something to eat tasty. The service for even drinks and cleaning of table is extra slow and thr workers are not well trained. Finally after first day we decided not to go buffet restaurant anymore and we went to 2 different ala cart restaurants. The service is again disappointing even there are 2-3 tables active in the restaurant, and they bring the orders not as explained. For example pasta arrived before soup! Chia puding in menu arrived as chia seeds on top of regular yoghurt! Room: We stayed in family room. Size of the room is ok,bed sheets are clean, Amenities are not something extraordinary. But the housekeeping service is terrible. The first day after check in day, we came from the beach at 4pm and the room was not cleaned. I called and informed guest relations and asked for towels only. In the following 40 minutes I called 3 times just to get towels. Finally at 50. Minute towels arrived. Hotel is totally not for families and who expects a good level of service. They need to train their employees before they put them actively on service. Finally We decided to leave the hotel after 2 nights even we have 6 nights reservation. The only thing we liked is the sea and the beach being sand. But in the beach area there is no service for drinks even.
