I want to inform everyone that there is very nice staff especially sema! And erkan that help very much with a problem. I recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place Beautiful place delicious food and very high quality people.

Perfect for a family ... Has everything ... Good food great pools .. aquapark ... And good rooms . Being there with my full family.. from grandpa to baby 6 month .. everyone was very happy. Meals wew good enough and staff was very helpfull .. We had broke our baby stroller in the airplane so the hotel gave us one to use for free! They really saved our trip

We loved everything about this hotel. Lovely spacious tidy rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Also an amazing beach and lovely pools for all ages. Another good thing was aqua park which our kids enjoyed a lot! Food was amazing too! Good spot

I stayed this week in this hotel with my family. Hotel rooms are good and clean. I'm really glad for foods its nice. View amazaing. And your interest and comfort. Also mini club attendends are very kind for us, especially sude and ebru thanks for everything. We will come back with our 🧡

The hotel is totally not within the standards as promoted. Check in: It started with check in, we arrived at 4pm and they said that the room is not ready where the check in time is 2pm. As we are traveling with our 3 years old twins, I even arranged our flights to arrive after notmal check in time to enter to room immediately. After speaking with my agency and their call to management, immediately they give the room in 10 minutes! Restaurants: The open buffet was far from hygiene. It was not possible to find clean plate to use. Almost all was dirty. I had to put some flat bread first to put food on the plate. The variety in buffet seem too much but the quality was really poor, . Was difficult to find something to eat tasty. The service for even drinks and cleaning of table is extra slow and thr workers are not well trained. Finally after first day we decided not to go buffet restaurant anymore and we went to 2 different ala cart restaurants. The service is again disappointing even there are 2-3 tables active in the restaurant, and they bring the orders not as explained. For example pasta arrived before soup! Chia puding in menu arrived as chia seeds on top of regular yoghurt! Room: We stayed in family room. Size of the room is ok,bed sheets are clean, Amenities are not something extraordinary. But the housekeeping service is terrible. The first day after check in day, we came from the beach at 4pm and the room was not cleaned. I called and informed guest relations and asked for towels only. In the following 40 minutes I called 3 times just to get towels. Finally at 50. Minute towels arrived. Hotel is totally not for families and who expects a good level of service. They need to train their employees before they put them actively on service. Finally We decided to leave the hotel after 2 nights even we have 6 nights reservation. The only thing we liked is the sea and the beach being sand. But in the beach area there is no service for drinks even.

It was a wonderful experience, a clean hotel, and the staff were wonderful, especially in the kids club. It was large, clean, and had a lot of activities. It was safe, and there was a child drop-off service. I highly recommend it . Children enjoy every moment and adults too
