The home can accommodate a group of friends, couples, or a family get-away. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac it provides the perfect home base for you to explore all that Tucson has to offer. Wake up to the native wildlife including coyotes, rabbits, hummingbirds and roadrunners. In the evenings enjoy the amazing sunsets and city lights from the living room or den. This cozy home has a full kitchen with dishwasher and the basic amenities you need to make any meal. You will find cookware, silverware, coffeemaker, microwave and toaster. The home has A/C and ceiling fans in most rooms. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Both of the remodeled bathrooms have showers and granite countertops. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). There is a washer and dryer located in the garage if you need them. There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit for cool winter nights. For guest that stay more then three week, there will be an additional clean fee of $150.00 every 3-4 weeks.
