Photo of the rooms provided by the hotel is exactly what you will receive. The heater (air con) was not functioning well so the hotel provided extra blankets and another heater to us, though it was noisy. Hotel was extremely clean though. Service by the staff is good as well.

Very run down hotel which looks like a motel instead. Dirty walls and dirty bed sheets with no clean bath towels provided. Window is broken and carpet is full of dirty stains.
One positive thing in the room is the very cold Air Con. One of the coldest aircon I have ever experienced which was great. Customer service is below average. Toilets are old and outdated.

設施屬於落後了，沒有電梯，但是員工還是挺熱情的還有免費停車，如果能免費提供早餐那是更好了，check out時間很早，10點就要走了，這是唯一的缺點

Overnight stay for trip from Brisbane to Canberra. Got exactly what we wanted. Somewhere to sleep and a couple of places to eat in walking distance.

It was very dissappointing to see other people coming in the hotel and having parties having no consideration for others occupying the hotel such as loud noise etc. This will most likely the last time we will be staying at this hotel. Customer service is good but a system needs to be put in place for situations such as our experience.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Th table had crumbs from the guests before. They provide only two bath towels. No hand towels and not face towels and not Kleenex tissues.
One fixed bottle of soap for everything.
One good thing I that McDonalds is next to it.

I always book a room here when I’m in town. Was happy to get a ground floor room at the back it was much quieter than previous visits
However the sink was cracked and toilet buttons faulty- tricky to flush sometimes- not a major drama it was worth it for a quieter room.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming!!

Given the price, expectations were not set for a glamorous hotel, but for something clean with functioning amenities. The air con unit in one room out of our 2 was loud, on a 40 degree day. No other rooms were available.
There was also a chicken nugget and pen found in my child’s bed.
Apart from these quibbles, the room was ok and generally tidy, if a little tired.
That aircon unit definitely needs replacing tho.
