Reception brilliant. Room 37 in very serious need of some attention: Peeling paint, wall damage/marking bed base cover ripped at foot of bed desk “fablon” veneer ripped and peeling at front edge Stayed a few weeks ago and that room also in a poor state and no bathroom bin. A complete rip off as price hugely hiked to £167 because of Cardiff event.

We had a problem after booking in with our evening meal allowance from our company. We spoke to a lovely lady at reception her name was saskia she wad absolutely fantastic she whent above and beyond to resolve our problem. She even walked us over to the restaurant to explain the problem she was so helpful and friendly. She a credit to your company. Thank you saskia for all your help your a star

A small and quiet hotel (perfect) with lovely, very helpful and happy staff. They were super helpful, and very friendly. They are a genuine pleasure to deal with. I'm staying there again in a few days which I'm very much looking forward to.

Stayed here last time I was at the NIAC and this time was also superb. Great room, nice location, Beefeater onsite. Keeley is also a superbly welcoming receptionist. The whole team are great in fact, including the team in the Beefeater, so few of them and so many customers dinner.

Stayed 1 night in May 24 Good - free Car park but must enter reg when checking in, clean room, warm room, easy to find hotel Bad - breakfast in linked restaurant was poor, minimal choice in continental breakfast and ordered cooked breakfast was average, the restaurant is dimly lit and grimy No decaff teabags available

It was dirty the curtains were stained and the carpet.bits were broken room small remotes missing or not working bed was comfy and nice and dark in the morning only 1 plug socket for bedside staff were friendly

Staff lovely but a very run down seriously over priced venue. Bed broken and felt like straw boxes creaking and noisy Very uncomfortable. Breakfast at Beefeater good but had to book slits and no one advised so had to wait an hour. Only stay here if local hostel is full

The Mattress was really lumpy & uncomfortable which is unusual for a premier inn. The shower doors are a really bad design & were broken. The sink was very wobbly when you touched it. On a plus side the Reception staff are really helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel lets them dow as its very tired & needs a lot of updating.
