Mairead in the bar and restaurant was amazing. She went out of her way to look after us at lunch and dinner. We had a great time . Will definitely be back . The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the grounds are beautiful. Lovely bedroom and plenty of towels available. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel is in a good location with nice grounds. Howeever please be aware the grounds are shared with another hotel which isused to house immigrants and asylum seekers who are free to wander around th grounds adn enter the Breaffu House Resort. Whilst I have no objection to those who need help and accomodation, its not what I go away to a hotel to experience. The hotel is run down in places and the rooms are not well sound insulated. Ignorant guests woke my family up at 0730 as they were shouting in the corridor outside, whilst the hotel cannot be responsilbe for guets behaviour, the walls seem to transmit sound which is not condusive to rest. T6he breakfast was good and I have no complaints. The leisure complex was good but the steam room was broken and there is evidence of poor maintenance. The e car charging was great. The hotel is close to Castlebar which has some good restaurants. Overall, the hotel whould state that the grounds and nearby building are used by people who are not guests. This is not what I was expecting and leads to a negativeexperience

This is a beautiful hotel, lovely décor in my room. The food in the hotel bar was lovely along with the Guinness, great breakfast. The décor in the restaurant where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning! Beautiful surroundings, although I didn't get the chance to go for a walk, I will do next visit.

We had our Civil Ceremony Wedding at Breaffy House Hotel and it was absolutely amazing! Every member of staff and management were fantastic. We did not have to worry about a thing as the extremely capable and competent crew took care of everything. Amazing is probably an understatement!

We have stayed in a signature bedroom. Stunning design with a bathtub in the room. You have there all you need. Dinner was a pure treat. Had a very enjoyable time and will definitely return in the future.

Could be a lot better. Bed was small for a double and short. Room needed maintenance including fixing the power sockets to the wall properly. Walls must be thin because we could hear *everything* the couple next-door was up to. Really not worth the inflated price.

I went for lunch with my sister, and we had a lovely lunch but I would like to do an special mention to the absolutly amazing service from Mairead that definitely make us feel so comfortable during all lunch time. I am 100% sure that we will be back. Thanks again to mairead for the lovely service you make us feel like home.

Just back from a two night stay at Breaffy house hotel. Was a fantastic stay from start to finish. My partner wanted to watch a game at the bar in which we asked the lad behind the bar but was meet with a cold response and didn’t bother to ask a manager or even get back to us but shout out to Adrian the manager who we asked and sorted it straight away, infact he truly made our stay. He couldn’t do enough for us nothing was to much for him and would definitely return again because of this. Food was very good and the room was fantastic . Very modern and was spotless.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, large bedrooms with very comfy beds. I would recommend this hotel.
