"Clayton was okay as far as hotels go, it was nice having a view of Cardiff from a top floor, staff were friendly too. The Gym was tiny for the size of the hotel, the bedroom was a standard double room, the reviews said that the Clayton had been newly refurbished, but felt that the room was dated. Due to windows not being able to be open due to H&S, there was no fresh air, just air con. The room was mostly clean, few stains on the carpet, and floor felt dusty. The hotel location was great, near the train station and in town, but for the cost, I was expecting something much better, as the night before we had a much cheaper hotel, and rooms came with kitchens, and were very modern - wish I had stayed at that one for the extra few nights."

"Arriviamo a Cardiff Centrale con il treno, che è a 15 minuti a piedi da questo Premier Inn. È molto accogliente e accogliente, camere pulite, con tanto tè e caffè, che si prese dal negozio dei viaggiatori all'ingresso principale. Solo veg in offerta erano pesche. In questo giorno e in età gli hotel devono occuparsi di una varietà di condizioni di salute umana. Vegan/vegetari non sono Gluten libero o sofferenti Ibs o Celiacs. Questi sono problemi complicati. Sarebbe utile se offrissero qualcosa che potrebbe essere adattato."

"Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame."

"Molto bello, pulito hotel. Molto conveniente posizione proprio al di là del castello e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Sicuramente consiglierei se visitando Cardiff. Il personale era molto amichevole e un benvenuto biscotti Welsh all'arrivo era un molto bel toccamento 😊"

"Il dispositivo era brillante da entrare, erano molto occupati, ma il tempo di magie per prendere le valigie fino al nostro check in tempo. Quando siamo arrivati a casa ho capito che ho lasciato la mia borsa nascosta nella nostra stanza 😢. Ho chiamato il cameriere e ho parlato con il cameriere e sono andati direttamente nella nostra vecchia stanza e hanno trovato la mia borsa e mi hanno chiamato direttamente.😊. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti."
