Located in the middle of the city centre close to castle and local attractions. Unfortunately room backed into a night club which played music till 4am. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Other then that lovely place.

Lovely clean aired room with welcoming staff. Convenient location in the centre of Cardiff. The hotel has an on site bar and restaurant which provides a convenient and reasonably prised options. The room was large, clean and spacious and well maintained.

Me and my partner has stayed at this hotel in Queen street cardiff a few times now, we had friendly welcoming at reception when we arrived, All staff at this hotel are really helpful and go above and beyond for Thier customers, very professional. Our room was spotless, the cleaners are a credit too the hotel,it had everything we needed and the hotel it's self was immaculate, the breakfast smelt amazing will definitely be trying that on our next visit. I will Highly recommend staying at this hotel, Thank you to all staff, keep you the good work it's a thumbs up for us 👍.

With a bar and a night club in the street below our window, and no sound insulation, the noise of drunken revellers kept waking us until past 5am, which is when the street cleaners start, equally noisily! The staff were lovely, the room was clean and bed comfortable, but noise unbearable

Most peaceful night's sleep 😴 Bed was really comfy and sheets so soft! Can't wait to go back. Got lots of future dates to stay there this year! The checking in was smooth! The morning receptionist was really cheery! Breakfast was lovely. Had a full English cooked breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and is perfectly situated in the city centre only a few minute walk to the train station. On arrival,I was given a very warm welcome from the staff on reception who were so friendly and helpful.On entering my room,it was perfect.It was very clean and comfortable and the bed was very spacious and I had a great night's sleep.
