Buona posizione nel centro storico
Le persone non sono veramente amiche, il telecomando della TV era rotto.
Comunque il prezzo è buono e resta solo una notte

Located in the middle of the city centre close to castle and local attractions. Unfortunately room backed into a night club which played music till 4am. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Other then that lovely place.

Spent one night due to picking up daughter( and all her stuff!!) from collage Clean, practical, warm, welcoming and convenient

Perfect location and great staff. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base for the city. Close to everything you would want to see in this lovely city.

Good location. No parking😡 Staff excellent and friendly. Food was good. Rooms clean. Unfortunately, a little noise through the night from the night club directly opposite 😡

Hotel itself was nice and the room comfy. Staff incredibly friendly and in a prime location. However to charge £320 for one night for the room NOT INCLUDING BREAKFAST which was £20 extra purely because a popular artist is in town is an absolute disgrace and extortion at it's finest. Were I to go when the room was £50 a night I would give a raving review and recommend to everyone, but for the price I was forced to pay nothing about it screamed the £320 price tag. For this price point I would have at least expected to have a chocolate on the pillow at the minimum. For a major brand to do this is ridiculous and shameful.

Paid an extremely inflated price of £310 to stay on a Tuesday night. Room was hot so having the window open was a must and nearby nightclub played very loud music until 3am so I had hardly any sleep.

Nothing wrong with this Standard hotel However, it does not have Aircon which in the hot weather would make the room uncomfortable despite the provision of a fan

Great location as very central. Excellent welcome by the lovely lady on reception. All clean and tidy. Pillows lovely. Bar snd food with a happy hour. A bit noisy if your the side of Roxy Lanes but you can shut the window snd out the fan on if you need to.
