Days Inn by Wyndham Casper

The clock in the room did not work properly. The heater did not work on a 29 degree night. I prefer sleeping with cooler temp but it was a little too cool before then. Freeway construction noise out front all night long did not contribute to good nights sleep....not your fault

There was road construction which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but the one way street in front of the hotel was inconvenient

Staff at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Very personable and knowledgeable when I had questions. Great work.

Multiple pavilions to this hotel. Our room far from any grass despite being a pet friendly room.

Everything was good. Shower was hot and had good pressure. The beds are VERY firm, so if you’re into that sort of comfort..the only complaint I have is the room service staff is loud, or the walls are just paper thin. I didn’t hear other guests, but I did hear the room service staff slamming doors and playing their music as they went up and down my hallway in the morning. The hotel is situated next to a highway that was a little noisy. Also the construction on the highway was super inconvenient. The hotel is on a one way road and since the construction on the highway, it was frustrating just to get to the Starbucks across the street.

Front desk was nice, property is clean. The rooms smelled clean and looked clean which was a nice change of pace. Quick and easy, i already offered this place to to others.

The sleeping area was nice, the bathroom needs work. The tub/shower diverter wasn't working properly. So we were taking a shower and a bath at the same time. But that's why the room was cheap.

Toilet seat was broken, black tape was on the desk chair, cigarette hole in ottoman, bathroom door was scarred.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here a few months ago and the only ice machine working is the one by the office on the 2nd floor, and it is still the same thing this stay. It is silly when we were about 30 feet from the non-working ice machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is best to access this property from 2nd street as there is still construction on I 25 and the underpass which would be the normal access. All in all it was a nice stay.
