Hotel in generale è abbastanza buono, le camere sono spaziose. Il punto negativo è per il colazione, poiché a mio avviso il luogo per il colazione è troppo piccolo per la dimensione dell'hotel. Nel primo giorno dei miei soggiorni ho avuto difficoltà a trovare un seggio e una tavola liberi per la colazione, anch'io non ho preso il mio cappuccino per molto tempo di aspettare una coda nella macchina del caffè: solo uno, un vecchio e lento Saeco. Non è accettabile non avere caffè espresso o cappuccino nel mio colazione. La palestra è ben attrezzata, ma la Spa e la sauna sembrano un po' vecchie con la necessità di riparazioni. Anche se non ho usato la zona di piscina sembra buona. Il telefono nella mia stanza di chiamata non funzionava, e quando mi serviva, dovevo andare giù al ricevimento.

L'hotel era una buona posizione per viaggiare. Ma la seconda mattina, la musica ad alto volume ha suonato per oltre 10 minuti nella stanza. Ho chiesto per favore di interrompere la musica al telefono, ma non lo fanno. Dopodiché non sono riuscito a dormire per un po', quindi sono andato alla reception al 1° piano e l'ho chiesto di nuovo. Mi hanno detto che abbiamo testato il loro sistema audio. ***? Ho registrato quella musica ed era molto forte. Mi hanno detto subito ”mi dispiace”. Penso che non sia un hotel a 5 stelle, penso.

Soggiornato per 3 giorni, le strutture soddisfano gli standard a 5 stelle e il servizio è professionale e puntuale. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda: ci vogliono 5 minuti per raggiungere a piedi Pham Ngu Lao Street e 15 minuti per raggiungere la vivace zona di Government Square. Anche la colazione a buffet è ricca, con una varietà di opzioni per soddisfare sia i gusti asiatici che quelli occidentali. Il bar sulla terrazza sul tetto ha una bella vista.

The hotel is located in the center of District 1 and it was very easy to go anywhere. Staffs were very friendly and professional, and they could speak English very well. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay. I also enjoyed the foods and drinks there.

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Majestic Saigon. The hotel is located close to many attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly especially Ms Nguyen at the reception. I would like to thank them for organising a surprise birthday cake and flowers for my daughter.

La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto diversa dalle foto su Trip.com. Pensavo fosse una stanza spaziosa con una parete divisoria in vetro trasparente per il bagno e con la vasca da bagno ben posizionata. Tuttavia, quello che ho ottenuto è stata una stanza dalla forma molto strana, con poco spazio intorno al letto. Il bagno è in vetro traslucido anziché trasparente. La parte più strana sarebbe la posizione della vasca da bagno e del water, devo trovare un modo per mettere la gamba tra i tubi dell'acqua quando ero seduto (vedi le foto) nel water. E non c'è posto per mettere le bottiglie di gel doccia e shampoo nel box doccia... le hanno messe tutte fuori dal box doccia sul bancone. Non so come avrei dovuto usarle. Ma non posso negare che la piscina sul tetto è davvero magnifica e vale tutto.
