È il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato, le camere sono sporche, i letti sono ricci e il bagno ha un odore inconfortabile. Il personale è brutto e ci è stato detto di dover cambiare le stanze, hanno rifiutato di dirci perché. Se si prevede di comunicare in inglese con il personale, si deve considerare un altro hotel, poiché non hanno le competenze linguistiche necessarie per comunicare in inglese. Volevo anche presentare una denuncia su un membro del personale per il modo in cui mi era stato trattato e lui rifiutò di darmi il suo nome. L'unico posto positivo su questo hotel è la sua posizione decente, ma ci sono altri hotel molto vicini a considerare e vorrei aver scelto un altro. Un paio di consigli per voi che decidono ancora di prenotare questo hotel nonostante tutto ciò che sopra è di non usare i taxi davanti all'hotel, perché cercano di smontarvi, ci sono più taxi intorno all'angolo della stazione ferroviaria Casa Port, Se è in grado di spostare il colazione dell'hotel, dovrebbe farlo, la selezione è povera e il cibo è davvero dolce, essi acquano anche il succo. Ci sono alcuni posti più bello per la colazione intorno all'angolo della stazione ferroviaria Casa Port.

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

Bonjour, ce n’est pas la première fois Quad vient à cette hôtel cause de la proximité pour mon travail, tjr j’ai remarqué un du personnel qui était un peu rude avec nous, mais aujourd’hui il a beaucoup exagéré, il a abusé il s’appelle AMINE, il est venu taper à la porte de notre chambre a 12:05 pour nous demander de sortir parce qu’il fallait pas dépasser 12:00 même si c’est dimanche aujourd’hui 09/04/23 je pense que c’est interdit de taper à la porte il faut juste appeler par téléphone, je lui ai demander juste un peu temps pour qu’on finalise de ranger nos affaires mais avec une façon très très rude avec un ton de vois très élevé il nous a dit de Quitter les lieux, et il nous a encore rappeler une autre fois par téléphone pour nous précipiter de sortir le plus tôt possible meme c’est dimanche et en plus le jour d’arriver il m’a donné plein tarifs 840 dh par nuit j’ai pris deux nuits, j’aurais dû réserver par booking a 690 dh, mais le problème c’est sa façon rude et le non professionnalisme, il faut vraiment embauché des gens professionnels et surtout pour l’accueil parce que ce Monsieur qui s’appelle AMINE n’a rien avoir avec l’hôtellerie et surtout avec son attitude bizarre qui nous a vraiment fait peur, au point que je n’ai pas pu le répondre, j’ai juste pris ma facture et j’ai quitté es lieux comme il a demandé , il faut revoir sa formation. Par contre Imad un homme très gentil Galant et très professionnel et serviable. السلام عليكم ليست بالمرة الاولى التي نأتي فيها الى هذا الفندق وذلك لقربه لحميع الأماكن بمدينة الدار البيضاء رغم غلاء السعر، على العموم في كل مرة نأتي ونجد فيها أمين في الاستقبال نجد طريقته الغريبة في الكلام وملامحه المستفزة، ولكن هاته المرة كان جدجدجد مستفز وغير لبق بالمرة قام بالنقر والدق على باب الغرفة بإزعاج رغم أن ذلك ممنوع لما تكون يافطة عدم الازعاج معلقة، فتحت الباب وسألت مالأمر فأمرني أنه حان وقت المغادرة ويجيب أن نغادر الفندق حالا وكانت الساعة آن داك 12:05 وطلبت منه أن يمهلنا بعض الوقت لتكملة جمع أغراضنا لكن لم يأبه لكلامي وأمرني بطريقة خسيسة وفظة الخروج حالا، ولم يقتصر على ذالك بل نزل إلى الاستقبال واتصل بالهاتف وطلب مني بطريقة غير لائقة الخروج حالا حتى أنتي شعرت بالخوف فنزلنا وخرجنا بهدوء مخيفة من المشاكل المرجو إعادة النظر في الاشخاص تقومومون بتعيينهم وشكرًا

I stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.

Ideal location for British travellers arriving on late evening flights from the UK as it is a short train ride from the airport direct to the Casa Voyageur Train Station. You can literally see the hotel before the train stops at the station as it is directly outside on the left hand side of the concourse. I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions - over three years. The English speaking reception staff remembered me and greeted me like an old friend on the second and third visit. The hotel is beautiful. The food is fantastic - best scrambled eggs in the world! The location can be noisy as there is a busy taxi rank outside but there are double glazed windows and blackout curtains to keep the noise and light out. As always with Ibis hotels, it is spotlessly clean, well maintained and the rooms offer great comfort.

Positivo: mentre aspettavamo che la nostra stanza fosse pronta, ci servivamo con succo fresco complementare e poi con tè marocchino. La posizione è grande perché è vicino a un centro commerciale, quindi avete molte opzioni per mangiare, negozio e anche una opzione per cambiare valuta. Taxi sono stati facilmente disponibili dal fronte dell'hotel. È anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, Casa Voyageurs. Dopo averci lamentato del colazione il secondo giorno, il giorno dopo il colazione era buono e tornato alla normale. Possiamo lasciare il bagaglio all'hotel il giorno del check-out. Il personale era amichevole e cooperativo per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Un grido speciale va a Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad e Reeta, e ci hanno offerto anche tè complementare dopo aver fatto il check-out e mentre aspettavamo nel lobby. Negativo: abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10-12 minuti prima che la nostra stanza fosse pronta, e questo era già all'orario di check-in (arrivo circa 15:40). Mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse pronta quando arrivo. L'esperienza del colazione al secondo giorno è stata cattiva perché abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20-25 minuti prima di poter mangiare qualcosa, perché tutto era finito (arriviamo per colazione alle 09:45). Il personale della cucina era molto meno o troppo lento per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, che non erano molti quando siamo arrivati. Quando abbiamo fatto una richiesta, era divertente, ma dovevamo cacciarli. I bagni erano sotto la media.

Questo Hilton è una buona opzione per il vostro soggiorno a Casablanca, ma ricordate che è lontano dal centro della città e non c'è molto da vedere o fare - anche ristoranti - nella zona dell'hotel. Non è un problema se si affitta una macchina e se non si scarica l'app “In Drive” per muoversi. Un viaggio alla città costa circa MAD 100 (EURO 10), rispetto a EURO 30 a carico dei taxi. UBER non lavora in Marocco. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, prezzi preziosi, con una bella piscina e palestra.

Perfect transit hotel in Casablanca. But i was very disappointed because they confused me with someone from saudi who came with a what ever lady. From reception they called me saying your texi driver is down looking for you . I was very tired of the long travel and i was in need of rest . I ask him what for and he asked me that he is looking for a card number. I mentioned that i have nothing to do with it. Again he called saying come down to meet him. Imagine i was so much of tiredness and was in mich need of rest . I have to go down for nothing. When i went out they said its wrong person. I was very disappointed at the hotel especially. How ever i appreciate the airport drop off.
