部屋がとても広く綺麗だった。シャワールームの扉に隙間があり、バスルームが水浸しになってしまった。フロントの女性はとてもいい対応だった。

第一次來摩洛哥，在網上選看了很多酒店，最終選擇了格雷精品酒店，酒店非常舒服，房價很大，服務態度好，來摩洛哥值得再次入住；

房間裝修陳舊，房間異型，入住整體體驗非常糟糕

房間很大 可是衞生間差 排水不暢 小 早餐種類少 但是有馬卡龍

Un hotel davvero bellissimo, dotato di ogni comfort e dal design accattivante. La suite era davvero bellissima, spaziosa, con pavimento in parquet e un bagno rivestito tutto di marmo. C'è comunque qualche pecca: innanzitutto la scelta di illuminazione della stanza, che sarà pure bellissima, ma è estremamente bassa e non regolabile. Il minibar era vuoto e abbiamo dovuto chiedere che ce lo riempissero. C'erano dei difettucci nel bagno (una lampadina led quasi esaurita, la doccia che funzionava con il solo doccino e non con il soffione grande), difettucci che abbiamo segnalato ma non sono mai stati risolti. Il personale è davvero gentile e la posizione è ottima. Risolti questi problemini, direi che si può dare 4 stelle su 5.

Ciao... gray boutique hotel è molto bello è classico è simpatico anche servizio com'è lavori com'è presente il cibo e tante cose mi piace tanto ....ho passato una settimana della veramente volevo torno encora della con la mia famiglia .....è volevo dire per tutti servizi ( cameriere baristi cuochi è altri ...)di gray boutique hotel anche direttore siete bravissimi e grazie mille per tutto 👏👍

Hotel di classe. Buon servizio e accoglienza. Buonissima la ristorazione. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Camera molto bella e spaziosa. Ben ubicato al centro di Casablanca quindi molto facile per spostarsi anche a piedi. Lo consiglio.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars…i had the 105 room and it was ok but the balcony was dirty,the walls were dirty,the room was also dirty. it hasn’t cutlery and plates ,just one spoon for coffee…also the bed was good …at this price ,the hotel don t get that hype sorry xx

Small hotel with mini suites. Comfortable bed. Had to ask for safe to be placed in my room. Needed help to figure out how to use TV's. Pleasant bar with great staff. Included breakfast was good but coffee was weak even when adding one or two shots of espresso. Thermostat in suite seemed not to work but rather be on a centralized system. Bathroom and shower worked well other than flooding the bathroom and adjacent hallway.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Some elements were very good. The suite was large and comfortable, there was a coffee machine provided but no coffee pods. The breakfast was very average but the staff were great. The hotel area is a bit rundown but banks and food options are very close.

Nice 5 star hotel is located not far from city center, there is sauna free of charge, hammam and massage, laundry (not free), restaurant and bar is open in the daytime and there is room service in the night. Rooms are clean and cleaning service is good and there is a balcony.

A disappointment. We arrived at 5 pm to a room with no towels and missing pillow covers. Came back after dinner and still none! After FOUR requests we took them out of a cleaning persons cart. The email password did not work despite repeated tries either the front staff. Finally, a bellhop let us into the VIP one and it worked perfectly. The room was very dark and impossible to read was was trying to get the TV to work! Breakfast at 8 am was terrible. The buffet had basically run out of everything except pastries and bread. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned despite many clean tables. Yes they cleaned it but no cutlery. The suite itself was beautiful except for as noted above We mentioned these points to reception and were offered another breakfast. Who would want that?
