HOTEL CASABLANCA BCW

A beautiful small boutique hotel with exceptional style and ambiance. We were greeted with warmth and they took great care of us. We had lovely dinners every night after touring wineries and they heated the lovely wine barrel hot tubs especially for our use. They also gave us great advice and assisted us in making appointments for wine tours. The room was spacious with a great shower, bathroom and extra large king size bed. Highly recommended!

We cancelled hotels in Santiago due to the troubles, we found the Boutique at short notice and with few plans for our time here. We were glad we booked here, for the moment of arriving it’s relaxing and welcoming. Our room was on the edge of the property along the street side and at times cars or the occasional bus could be heard during the day. At night no noise. The room was very clean , simply appointed for relaxation. Nice spacious shower, small sink area. The garden pool area are wonderful, pool is unheated and there are loungers to the side and relaxing tables. Also the woodfired hot tubs are very relaxing after a busy day sampling wine. What makes this place are the owners and staff, pulling together to make a special place. The food menu is well chosen and beautifully created and well priced. Arriving with no plans by the end of breakfast after our first night Rodrigo the owner had a plan and drove us personally to the first winery of the day. At the end of the tour we had a driver for the day and an itinerary to visit 3 very different wineries and enjoy lunch as well. Top class service. The boutique hotel is small and there is a passion for the details. I think its size allows it give that extra to guests that isn’t found in larger establishments or chains. If you are looking for a tranquility while you enjoy the fine wines of the region it is a must. If you stay here you will need a car or at least have some plans with a driver to tour the region.

Spent last couple of nights of our Chile holiday here, and was a lovely end to the trip. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and great food, large portions. Welcome drink, locally made wine with our meal and the staff organised some wine tasting at local nearby vineyards, which was excellent.

Truly an amazing experience! This property was beautiful, well appointed, only to be outdone by the hospitality. From the owners were very present and paid attention to the details. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant! Our room was great, from the heated bathroom floor, the large bath towels to the robe and slippers, nothing was missed. Alessandro was the most attentive and fun. From recommending the wonderful house blend wine, a yummy Cinq Cepage, to building us a roaring fire, as we enjoyed the bottle, maybe two, on a chilly night. We will long remember our visit and will certainly return on our next visit to Chile

Every once in a while you stumble upon a property that just amazes you. Well Hotel Boutique BC Wine Casablanca did just that. In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, doesn’t fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. The property is conveniently situated amongst the many wineries in the area. These are all within a short drive so you can do amazing day-trips. Also, the famed city of Valparaiso is less than an hour away. The property itself is immaculate. Everything is clean and the lush gardens are groomed to perfection. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and quite large. Also, you could not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms which is very important if noise distracts you. The rooms are also situated amongst large parcels of grape vines so you feel like you are staying right in an actual vineyard. When we opened our sliders in our room each morning, we were about two meters from the perfectly aligned rows of grape vines which were followed by a beautiful picturesque view of the rolling hills of Casablanca. This was quite a view and a great way to start the day. The food served by their restaurant was high quality. Breakfast is prepared by well trained chefs and was exceptional. There were fresh breads, meats and cheeses, fruit, and eggs cooked to order, all presented at tables overlooking the pool and all the beautiful gardens. The dinners and lunches were very tasty and well presented. The staff was amazing; especially the restaurant crew. The servers, and the head chef, did everything they could to make sure our culinary desires were met. I cannot say enough about how good and how professional these people were. They did not let us down. Lastly, I want to mention the owners Rod and Marlene. They greeted us the moment we arrived like we were visiting an old friend’s home. They were there for us the entire time and Rod give us many suggestions to explore in the area. All were spot on. They could not have been nicer. I would stay here many more times and hope to do so in the future. Just book your room and enjoy the experience!

Rodrigo & his wife are friendly, professional and approachable. Rest of the staff couldn't try harder. The rooms are immaculate with comfortable clean beds. The patio at the back allows you to sit out in private of an evening. There is fresh water and proper coffee available 24/7 at no charge. The gardens are stunning and the outdoor pool lovely. There is a cracking indoor pool with a sauna available on request. Breakfast is good. All in all, highly recommended.
