Guest access The house is equipped with a keyless entry. You will be issued a personal code that expires upon checkout. Just enter the home and relax after your long journey. There is no street parking in this community. Other things to note This home is owner-managed and cleaned with care. We respond fast, live locally, and make deep and meaningful connections with our guests while giving you all the privacy you desire. No smoking in the home. If you wish to smoke please so outside. As per Wake County short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7:00 am. $500 fine for any evidence of smoking, parties, or pets in the home.
