Camera ultimo piano (solo scale c/valigia pesante senza aiuto)Veramente un "buco" da vergognarsi a proporla! sembrava una soffitta trasformata in camera perchè non avevano più posto! Avevamo pagato nel ns. pacchetto una camera Superior con Mistral, e a loro questo risultava! abbiamo fatto una gran confusione finchè non ci hanno cambiato camera... Dico solo che mio marito voleva and****ne. gli amici in viaggio c/noi hanno avuto una Junior suite... dove non hanno dormito x 2 notti perchè l'affaccio era sulla strada principale con "gazzarra" fino a mattina, tanto che hanno fatto chiamare la polizia. Personale giovane, gentile ma forse inesperto e lasciato solo x le decisioni. Colazione secondo noi buona e non mancava nulla e con personale servizievole e bravo. Comunque tante pecche da eliminare. peccato perchè posizione buona e struttura con certo fascino.. Siamo stati a febbraio 2020 (nelle opzioni trovo solo retro fino 07/2020).

Beautiful hotel, great location and good price. Friendly staff. It’s a place I would definitely go back to if I went to Cartagena. I had a deal where breakfast was included and the breakfast was very good too. Yip I like this hotel.

The bed could have been a little softer. I got locked in the bathroom. Better to catch failing door handles before they actually fail. Perhaps the refrigerator could be set colder. Smells from painting in the hotel needed more ventilation but that was not a large problem.

I genuinely had a great time during my stay in Kartaxa! To be honest the coffee I had each morning was enough to make me visit again. I was welcomed for breakfast every day with an amazing taste and smell of the well prepared Colombian coffee by John and Jennifer! Very friendly, yet professional people that made me feel at the right place. The hotel is located very close to the museums and the center of the town. A pleasent little swimming pool and clean rooms. I do Recommend!

It's quit cozy cleaned hotel with polite stuff, but when we called asking recommendation for transportation from airport to hotel, they send the car and charged 100 000 pesos and it was ridiculous because taxi cost 25000 everywhere. on a way back I payed 25000 pesos for taxi So don't ask hotel reception about transport.

This hotel was fine - the staff seemed a bit clueless when we were there though. We had requested to be picked up from the airport but they obviously had never booked it. When I rang they hung up on me and then took too long to reply to my whatsapp’s. Thankfully there are loads of reputable taxis outside the airport. When we arrived we didn’t get any apologies. We also arrived early so asked if we could have breakfast there - at first he seemed confused and said no but then later said yes but we led need to pay, fine. The staff at breakfast and in the restaurant was good and friendly and the food was great. The rooms are basic but clean. There is no hairdryer. The hotel looked a bit tired but then it is cheaper than similar options in the area.

The staff was great and so was the breakfast. The location is convenient but just outside the center enough to be quiet. Access to purified and chilled water was huge. No wasted plastic bottles.
