La differenza tra un hotel e l'altro è data, a mio avviso, dalla qualità dell'offerta e soprattutto dalla cortesia dell'host! E Casa Isabel è assolutamente nella lista dei miei preferiti per qualità e gentilezza di J. C. e di Heidi, che abbiamo conosciuto solo la mattina del check out! All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da J. C. grande estimatore del football italiano, che ci ha offerto immediatamente 2 bicchieri di succo freschissimo e dissetante. Ideale per il caldo ed umidità della città. Tutto il personale è a disposizione per risolvere inconvenienti (come nel nostro caso - wc otturato) nella maniera migliore senza creare alcun disagio! Parlando dell'offerta: colazione abbondante e ricca, camera e bagno piccoli ma accoglienti. Grazie per averci fatto stare bene!

at Voilá Signature Casa Isabel and had a mixed experience. The positives: • The location is great, making it easy to explore the city. • The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. The negatives: • The hotel lost power for at least four hours, and they don’t have a generator, leaving guests completely in the dark. • The shower had no hot water, so I had to take cold showers during my stay. • In the morning, there was a gas issue, meaning no breakfast at the hotel. They directed me to a partner hotel for breakfast, but it was 1 km away, which was very inconvenient. • I expressed my dissatisfaction with these issues to the front desk, but they offered no compensation, solutions, or even a sincere apology. While the hotel has potential, the lack of infrastructure to handle basic issues and the unwillingness to accommodate guests after major inconveniences made my stay disappointing. I would reconsider staying here unless they improve their service and reliability.

Casa Isabel is possibly the best hotel stay we've ever had. In the past I think I've under-valued what a difference a hotel's staff can make but now I get it. The staff here is fabulous -Herman at breakfast, Julio in the afternoon and Rosanna at the desk were all so sweet, cheerful and so very helpful with taxis, restaurants, my confusion with the AC, always there with a cold towel and a glass of delicious juice. Our room was lovely with a small balcony overlooking the water and the fort, a colorful tiled shower, cotton robes, Netflix on TV, a comfy bed. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. I loved sitting on the upstairs terrace and watching the birds all the birds at sunset or taking a dunk in the plunge pool. The owner Luis was great and we loved being able to spend a couple nights at their other lovely small hotel on James Beach- so peaceful and such gorgeous sunsets. Thank all of you for making this such a fabulous experience.

We liked everything about this hotel. The hotel is in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants and made a great base for our stay in Cartagena. The hotel is a comfortable place to stay with areas to sit in the reception area and on the rooftop. The room we had was clean and comfortable and we had a room with a balcony and a view to San Felipe Fort. The staff in the hotel were really helpful and friendly and there is a good selection for breakfast too. Great hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is situated in the vibrant Getsemani neighborhood, full of restaurants and nightlife, about a 15-minute walk from the Clock Tower, within the Walled City. The location is great, although the area is not very charming and has some dirty streets. The impeccable and friendly service of the staff was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is simple but clean, and the staff always offers cold juices upon arrival. The apartment has air conditioning, a minibar, and a comfortable bed. I liked the shower, but the bathroom is small and the sink is in the room. There was no hairdryer (I had to ask at the reception) and some equipment, such as the safe and the TV remote, didn't work. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Breakfast isn't buffet-style, you pick from a menu with a few choices (some are free, others cost extra). It wasn't amazing, but it hit the spot. Even with these minor inconveniences, I would stay at Casa Isabel again.

The reason I booked this hotel is due to the five stars on Tripadvisor. I firmly believe that the hotel has found a way delete their negative reviews. However, the staff is very nice and I very much appreciated that. I booked the room over *******, and called and spoke with the Hotel front desk, emphasizing that I needed a quiet room Above All. The manager assured me that I would have a very quiet room. When I arrived at the hotel he said that he upgraded my room at no extra charge. He led me to my room, which was small, nice and had a lovely view of the fort and downtown. However, the room was extremely loud. It was on a street that has party buses that drive-by frequently for a number of hours with blaring, loud, pounding music. I knew there was no way that I would sleep, so I went down to the hotel front desk around 10 PM. The hotel staff gave me another room. It was not at all what the pictures looked like. It was worth potentially $50 per night, not $125. Weird small room. No windows. Bunk beds with a terrible mattress. The paint on the ceiling was cracked in multiple places right above my face on the upper bed. I left the hotel after the first night even though I had paid for two nights. There was no way I was staying there a second night. The hotel manager and owner said they would refund me for the second night, however it has been three days and I have not received a refund . I am very disappointed and no longer trust Trip Advisor. Also, note that regarding the negative reviews for this hotel on TripAdvisor, the hotel staff argues and fights each negative comment. That was a red flag that I ignored. Sad that this how my trip to Columbia ended.

My colleague and I stayed at the hotel for two weeks while we ran a program at a local school. The staff were incredible. They all went to great lengths to help us with all our needs whether it be restaurant recommendations, taxis, laundry, breakfast considerations, etc. The owner of the hotel, Luis, also volunteered to share his drone technology with the students at our program site, which they greatly enjoyed. The evening manager, Julio, was incredibly warm and gracious. The rooms are beautifully appointed and super clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not have asked for a better stay and can't wait to go back again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

We chose this for our honeymoon and we were very happy with our stay. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and highly recommended is the special which can be ordered in advance. Free fruit and juices , water are provided throughout which is a nice touch and cold hand towels are provided when you come in after a hot day! I also recommend the trip they provide to the local nature reserve where you get a boat ride and drum lessons. We loved our stay .
