I ran a 4 day/night bicycle tour out of the Staybridge Suites in Carson City. I had approximately 30 people with me. The reviews of the participants were universally exceptional. I was amazed at the responses on our accommodations . Laura McClaren who assisted me with the group reservation was wonderful to work with. The group I had with me are world wide riders. All are veteran bike tourists. Universally they commented on the staff making them feel welcome and at home. Universally they all loved the breakfast and happy hours. The rooms were great with full size refrigerators. There was a complementary laundry area. The pool, hot tub and gym were all in excellent shape. We do a number of tours every year. We plan on returning to Carson City next year. The bicycling was great, the town fun but the highlight of the tour was the stay at the Staybridge. The hotel was in great shape and very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel (may be the best facility we have stayed in) was the staff. Each and every member went out of their way to ensure every member of our party was comfortable and made us feel like a part of the family.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, il traffico è più conveniente, e c'è la strada veloce intorno alla città. Le condizioni dell'hotel sono anche buone. È possibile raggiungere lo standard di quattro stelle. L'hotel****** è insieme, molto caldo, il biff del ristorante è molto delizioso, il prezzo è anche molto economico, e le strutture della stanza sono anche buone. L'unica cosa che è che la temperatura del riscaldatore non è molto calda, la banda larga è gratuita, ma il segnale di rete è generalmente, Con colazione, la colazione è un menu selettivo. Ho scelto i verdure con hamburger e uova di salsa. In pratica, posso mangiare salsa. Principalmente, il prezzo dell'hotel è molto bello.

Like many other hotel guests, I ended up at the Carson City Plaza Hotel due to the extreme Winter weather storm that passed through upper Nevada. Upon entering the hotel, the entrance is very dated and the staff were overwhelmed. There are 3 separate buildings to the hotel. I was in building 2 in a corner room. The room was very dark, the carpet and couch had stains. The room was very dated And in great desperation of needing updated. The room was not cleaned too good. There was a child's hairband and dirt behind the bathroom door. The local residents were up at the crack of dawn drinking their coffee, smoking and talking right outside my room. The neighbor revived his diesel truck at 727am to warm it up. The person upstairs walked all night long. The floors are creeky. I heard everything from upstairs and outside. I even got to enjoy the Carson City fire whistle because the hotel is directly in front of the fire hall. Breakfast was lacking. Only protein was yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Then you can toast a waffle, bread or English muffin. Coffee, juice and cereal also. Just not a great spread, but enough to fill you up and send you on your way. What the hotel has going for it is it's location!

After my last stay, I can understand the mixed reviews. I stayed here two consecutive weekends with very different experiences. The first weekend I stayed in room 115 and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and fresh and the service was outstanding. After such a great experience, I convinced my partner to give it a try. I booked directly with the hotel so I could express my pleasure and get on their preferred customer list (which apparently isn’t a real thing). I paid more for the room than the previous weekend but was agreeable since I was looking forward to another nice stay. The same room wasn’t available and was assured room 218 was equally nice. After a pleasant check-in we headed up the elevator to the 2nd floor and it was like being in a far different hotel. The hallway carpet was torn, filthy and covered with large patches. Room 218 was nothing like my previous room. The carpet was disgusting, the furnishings looked something you would find in a cheap hotel and the light/fan combo in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Totally unacceptable. The front desk clerk was very polite and offered to exchange our room for another on the 3rd floor. It was similar to the room on my previous stay but the mattress and bedding weren’t as nice. Based on the last experience, we won’t likely stay here again.

GREAT STAFF, excellent housekeeping, generally quiet ( except for a loud & long domestic fight overhead- The SHOCK! nearly twice the posted price on door & on line. . Seemed like price gouging. 6 days was OVER $1100 FOR A BARE BONES HOTEL- , no amenities - bring your own toiletries - no coffee maker.- don't buy locally- drug store highly inflated compared to other cities. or go to Dollar store. ,”Deluxe room” had a fridge & microwave standard in most hotels but bed comfortable.. Suggest you bring your own pillow if possible. Next time- will price shop better- hotel next door better deal. Bug event may have grossly inflated prices. BUY VERY atypical for a Motel 6.

MMaggiesmxIt needed paint but had a sliding glass electric barn door. The reception area was small but the receptionist was pleasant & efficient. Our upstairs room/bathroom was newly painted & carpeted/tiled. We slept well on comfy mattresses. The towels were thick. I had left my charge cord in the room & turned in room keys. The morning receptionist walked right up to our 2nd floor room & I happily retrieved my cord.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel and amenities were on par with what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express. The parking lot was pretty well lit and common areas were clean. In my room, however, I was surprised to find a used k-cup in the coffee maker. There was a clump of hair on the bathroom counter, some mildew in the tub/shower, and it was clear from the built-up soap residue that the shower hadn't been cleaned well in a while. The kicker, though, was the used, rolled-up bandage that I found just underneath the chair in my room. Disappointed in finding this at a Holiday Inn. Felt taken advantage of experiencing this at the price I paid for the room. Stayed someplace else my second night in Carson City. Paid a bit more. It was money very well spent.

SStevenTutto su questo hotel era perfetto. Il personale del desk front l'ha letto molto felicemente. Mi sento bene andare lì sembrava una famiglia. Le camere erano eccezionali. Sembrano essere state aggiornate di recente. Dicono due anni fa. Sembra quest'anno. Tutto era grande.Le camere sono pulite.Le foglie sono letti puliti non hanno problemi con niente o con la custodia.
