Rated 3 stars by Provence Tourisme, this apartment, which is strictly NO SMOKING, is less than 5 minutes' walk from the port of Carry le Rouet and the sea, and many small beaches within 2 km of the apartment. This is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It is located on the ground floor of a high-end building with its own garage for the use of visitors. In the living room, which opens onto the terrace and the garden, there is a 2-seater leather reclining sofa and a swivel armchair as well as a red leather rocking chair. On the terrace there are 2 "sun loungers" and 2 "relax" chairs as well as a metal table with 4 dining chairs for use on the terrace or on the lawn. The 47 m2 terrace faces the 50 m2 enclosed garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV, and the second bedroom has a desk and 2 adulte size single beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet and bathroom are combined. Towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. are provided. Free Wi-Fi is provided and NETFLIX and PRIME TV are available on the 81cm TV in the living room. A Franprix supermarket, open 7 days a week, is only 100 m away, and there are shops, banks, medical services etc. close to the apartment.
