Loved the room and it’s location. There were lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

이때까지 가본 곳 중 최고 상태의 호텔이였습니다. 월마트가 가까워 걸어갈 수 있고 한인타운이랑도 매우 인접합니다. 다운타운과는 거리가 멀지만 한식을 맘껏 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 방 컨디션이 좋으며 수영장도 있습니다.

Property was nice. Staff was very unfriendly and our room needed attention. Toilet seat was supwr loose so we were slipping and sliding each use and our room thermastat wasnt working right. Minor changes and friendlier staff would gave made this much more enjoyable

Shower took like 15 minutes to get warm. But then it stayed warm. Just need a pre heat. Asked for extra towels and they brought them up super fast.

The staff was extremely friendly and all of tbe amenities are excellent. One of the the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Hotel is kept in fairly good condition but the sewage smell from some sort of problem caused us to leave early and loose one nights stay.

The place looks nice and is clean but the amenities really are terrible. The TVs are so old you can’t even properly hook an HMDI cable and have control cause the volume comes on full blast and the remote doesn’t work so it was not possible to play video games. Also the ac was really hard to work.

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. good cleanest location. The staff are of the up most hospitable and friendliest. The only thing i would recommend is for something to be placed in the tub. My mother in law who use's a walker and is not very stable her feet. we had to lay a towel inside the tub floor to allow her to not slip for the porcelain mixed with the shampoo creates a very dangerous slip hazard. Other than that the rooms were awesome. I will be returning for another glorious stay!

Things in the bathroom not great. Water not hot in sink, metal frame around faucet in shower loose.

New and modern. Great bathroom. Had a microwave oven and a mini fridge in the room. Very convenient to heating food for breakfast if you do not care to go to their cafe for breakfast. Very near to an Asian complex that had a 99 Ranch market, 85 degrees bake shop and a variety of Asian restaurants. If we happen to be in Carrollton, Tx again, we will stay here.

Good place and good location. Parking lot is big with lots of lighting. Area around the hotel is uneventful (good thing). If I were to nitpick anything, it would be wanting a free breakfast 🙂

Very nice facility. Safe, clean and convenient. Overpriced in my opinion. Only two disposable coffee cups. Four coffees but only two cream and sugar pkgs. No free coffee and only Starbucks for morning coffee and breakfast is overpriced--not good as I do not like Starbucks. I would not have booked here had I known this, but otherwise a very nice facility.
