Room was dirty, toilet didnt work, bathroom flooded when taking a shower. Left a day early & checked into another hotel.

We were on our way to Connecticut and this is our halfway point, and I have stayed with the Fairfield Inn hotels before.
We were pleased with its cleanliness, service, and the room.

Rooms and facility could use better maintenance. Sounds from other rooms and the pool right below our room were unusually loud. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful!

I've never gone to a hotel and they wouldn't extend a courtesy late check out at all, especially when I didn't check in until about 2am and was charged a full night. Won't be staying there again.

The rooms were not as pictured on your website. Very small for a "suite" and terribly outdated.

There was clear mold in hotel rooms and throughout. I have extensive experience with mold, remediation, water damage, etc. This place, especially if you know you are sensitive to toxic mold, will wreak havoc on your body. They need to remediate asap to protect the health of their guests.

Very convenient to highway. Check in staff, Kenny, was very helpful. For an early departure, we were told we could grab some breakfast from frig. Bit there was NO coffee ready at 5:15 am. The staff said she didn’t have a key to the refrigerator. Kitchen was open but no one was there for prep. Very disappointed.
