You'll have access to the entire property with over 300 feet of water frontage. On the property you'll find over a mile of walking trails that lead to the river and a private beach with a fire pit area. There is plenty of space by the river to grill, lounge it to just enjoy the property. Spend your days floating down the river to Ossipee lake or fishing for rainbow trout. You also have access to snowmobile trails in the winter (directly across the street) and hiking trails throughout the area. This property is a four season rental. Feel right at home in our 2 bedroom 1 bath year round vacation home at Chocorua Ski and beach. We are located about 19 miles to Cranmore Mountain Resort for skiing and tubing and 11 miles to the King Pine Ski area. Additionally, for the summer months, we are within walking distance to Moore's Lake for swimming, kayaking and tubing. Our home is all on one level. We have both a wood and pellet stove for those cold nights as well as an oil heating system just in case. We can accommodate up to 4 people, no more. The two bedrooms have a queen bed in each. The couches are super comfortable for both resting and sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There are kayaks, canoes and tubes available for summer fun. We have a private beach with lounge chairs, 3 hammocks and a picnic table. The river is very famous for trout fishing, kayaking and tubing. It provides a relaxing vacation getaway for grownups, kids and dogs.You can enjoy many outside activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and the summers are great for kayaking right from the backyard or just relaxing by the river with a glass of wine while dipping your toes.The house is fully equipped for your convenience, whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or log into your Netflix account and binge a series. Play one of the many board games or a little competition on our foosball table or dart board.Enjoy our fully fenced in yard with an outdoor gas grill and a large table to eat outside on nice days with family or friends. In the evening relax around the outdoor firepit with plenty of seats for everyone to enjoy the fire or make some smores. Other 'lakes' in Madison are actually ponds. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, local attractions within minutes of the home.
