Bella struttura standard con facile accesso/uscita dall'autostrada. Le camere sono standard per un Holiday Inn e pulite. Le camere erano tranquille e il letto è abbastanza comodo. Mi sembra che questo possa essere un hotel aggiornato, poiché il piano sembrava un po' incredibile a volte. La nostra camera era dotata di un piccolo frigorifero, una microonde e un caffè con un servizio unico con un caffè standard. Il colazione incluso era piuttosto medio - cereali, uova scrambled, bacon spiccato, biscotti e segale, pancake-as-you-go, yogurt, caffè, succo, latte.

I use this property frequently and have never had a bad experience; staff is always so very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and pretty well put together I maybe bias but I do love the Marriott experience

Let's start with the positives: Jason, the hotel manager, was efficient and effective in resolving an issue regarding room rate and extending our reservation. We were staying within a group block for a baseball team. This gentleman understands exceptional customer service. The included breakfast and servers were very good. Though the breakfast was the same everyday, it did offer several hot options: eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. The severs went above and beyond -- please be sure to tip them appropriately. Plenty of parking available around hotel and within 10 minutes of plenty of fun restaurants, though hotel itself is in a business park area. Now for the negatives: Rooms are in need of updating. Carpet was dingy and sticky in places. Most of our group wore flip flops around their rooms. Besides Jason (and one other lovely female front desk agent), most other hotel staff here were very subpar and not willing to work with guests. I have read other negative reviews regarding Damion, and I would have to agree (I believe he is the sales manager). He and other front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating in any regard. They probably should not be in the hospitality industry. So if you need hotel with good customer service either ask for Jason or avoid staying here.

Excellent location, many restaurant options near by... plus a Walmart, Marsh Market & Fresh Market for grocery options. If you enjoy the outdoors, the property actually backs up to Cool Creek Park, which has walking trails, a nature center, and a pavilion. The hotel literally has a shortcut walkway directly behind it to access the park. I found the staff to be both friendly and professional. I had a first floor king room with sofa, fridge, and microwave. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. This hotel has all the necessary channels for the business traveler... NFL Network, Golf Channel, Several ESPN's, Regional Sports Stations, HBO, HGTV, USA, and all the News Networks... Simply Outstanding... the room even had a LG Flat Panel TV. As a Platinum with IHG, I rarely rate a HIE a ”5” but this one seems to have it all. The only 2 complaints that I have are very minor: 1 - The Exercise Equipment TV's are not connected to cable. Thus, no TV on the treadmills or elliptical... probably a renovation oversight. 2- If you are an early riser such as myself, don't expect fresh coffee before around 6:AM, but in the hotel's defense, breakfast hours begin at 6:30. I highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay here again, whenever I am in town on business. My advise to this property would be to solicit reviews from your happy customers to off-set the few bad one's. This is a lovely property in a great location, and does not deserve to be rated as #9 in Carmel.

La suite familiare, che può cucinare qualcosa, la colazione è anche molto ricco. Ogni volta che viaggia, vive qui; il parcheggio è anche conveniente. Spesso parcheggiamo davanti alla mia finestra e ci sono anche supermercati intorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti per stare vicino a dove mio marito riceveva cure mediche. Questa è una posizione molto conveniente e zona tranquilla. La suite era grande -- molto confortevole per molti giorni ... e la cucina, forno, piatti, lavastoviglie e frigorifero erano molto apprezzati.La doccia aveva una pressione stupefacente d'acqua e un sacco di acqua calda. Letti confortevoli con molte piastrelle e bianchetti extra. Eravamo un po' preoccupati quando sentimmo i cani che barbavano in sala, ma quando gli ospiti erano nella loro stanza, non sentimmo nulla di rumore. Il pranzo era incredibile per un pasto ”compreso”, con uova sgrassate, uova cotte, pasta d'avena cucinata con grandi toppe, salsicce o bacon, yogurt greco, cereali, frutta e pane ogni mattina, e ci rimarremmo completamente qui.
